“I purchased my used Mazda 6 a couple of weeks ago and my sales consultant was Charlotte. Charlotte responded to every request for information almost immediately, including into the evenings. I was provided with a video of the car and an additional 15+ photos over and above those shown in the original advert. Charlotte also gave me an honest verbal appraisal of the car's condition over the phone. Based on all the info i had been provided with, i travelled up from London in a Vauxhall Insignia and returned in my Mazda 6. Was it worth the journey? Absolutely yes. Would i return at anytime in the future - yes again. The whole car buying experience from SG Petch was exemplary and i am one very happy and grateful customer.”

“We found S.G.Petch a really nice company, the staff are all really friendly and our salesman Rikki was second to none. We bought a lovely Jeep Renegade and Rikki even rang us two weeks later to make sure everything was all ok. All in all we are very pleased with S.G.Petch and the car we bought is brilliant.”

“What a pleasure it was to use SG Petch service dept in Darlington today(16 June 2020).. From the moment I arrived the whole atmosphere was friendly, helpful and positive. Having used a Kia dealer elsewhere I was expecting a negative experience, How pleasantly surprised I was at being made to feel welcome. Was kept updated with progress , in a friendly and professional way, and had no objections for paying for the extra work needed on brakes. Let me take this opportunity to say keep it up boys n girls, your head and shoulders above other Kia garages I've used. P.S enjoy the biscuits”

“Saw the car we wanted made an appointment dealt with by Dave salesperson. Had a test drive on our own. Car ready a week later and drove away. It was the most pleasant car purchase I have ever made. Will definitely return to buy again”
