“From the moment I found the car had been advertised at 10,000 miles less mileage than was on it, through being left sitting for over 40 minutes, waiting for the return of the salesman - who never appeared - to picking up a car that had not been valeted, and not full of petrol as promised, the experience was not good. Luckily I like the car!! I would not recommend SG Petch at Darlington, I can only hope my local Branch in Richmond (who I am told can service a hybrid) offer a better service.”

“Sale went through great with Gary at Middlesbrough but after care is very poor. Lock nut key was missing and was sent to Darlington for nothing. Never received a call back and after ringing to speak to Gary I was told he is with a customer and would call me back. No call back and it has cost me £63 to buy a replacement lock nut key which is disgraceful after spending almost £11,000. Don’t think I’ll use S G Petch in future.”

“excellent service, sold a car by Ray who was so efficient friendly and professional, even stayed late to help us after being let down by another dealership.Would definitely reccomend them and would use again for our next car purchase”

“Very impressed with the service as usual but the car has an annoying rattle on it so I am having to take it back to the garage to be investigated. I wasn’t expecting to have to do that with a brand new car. Apart from that I am very satisfied.”

“I had bought a couple of Hyundai i10s from Petch at Middlesbrough in the past, but I decided I wanted something bigger for holidays in Britain. I originally fancied moving up to an i20 but I spotted a Fiat Tipo I liked the look of at a price I could afford so I arranged to test drive it. Becky the sales girl couldn't have been more helpful, and I was offered a decent trade in for my i10. They also threw in a voucher for the next MOT and a year's membership of the RAC. Delighted with the car and currently away on holiday with it.”

“bought my car on the 19th june 2020 was very pleased with it till we went on a trip and there was a noise coming from the tyres so we took it back and was told it was just a tyre sound. The noice was getting louder so took the car to a tyre place to be told that the back wheels need changing 1 was distorted and the other was damaged/cracking or perishing other than that car is fabulous. the Salesman Gary was first class service and the sale ran smoothly.”

“Very professional in all areas except glitch we experienced in the payment of funds from our bank to yours. Through no fault of our own, it took much longer to get the funds through than it should have done and thus rather took the gloss off the transaction. However, although this is my fourth Kia C'eed, it was our first experience of buying from S G Petch and we were totally satisfied with Sales Manager's handling of our sale. I know I shall have years of pleasure in driving my new car.”
