Excellent and very professional sales person Roger Crozier he did everything he could for us, as we were heading to EMG in Cambridge where we bought are last car, it saved us a long journey and very pleased with the Car and advise. Already recommended to family member

Absolutely first class. Ryan Robertson provided such a friendly and professional service from start to finish on the recent purchase of my new Mazda 2. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new Mazda.

Exchanged my 2017 Mazda 2 for a brand new 2020 model. Went to the Durham showroom for fact and figures and couldn't have received better treatment. Roger Crozier was attentive to my needs and supplied all the information without any heavy sales pitch. Every detail was fully explained and I left with a new car ordered and 100% satisfied with every aspect of the purchase. Delivery and hand over was just as hassle free and I am delighted.

Poor customer care especially after the sale. Errors with paperwork and poor communication with the customer have made the overall experience stressful and a huge disappointment.

From the moment I arrived I was made welcome and allowed to grouse at my leisure without any pressure sales techniques. I requested to view some car's I went home to consider my options, at no point was this a problem and was treated with courtesy and respect. I decided to return and test drive a car and subsequently purchased one and received a very favourable trade in price. All fully Covid protected throughout.

We were very impressed with Rob who sold us our electric Nissan Leaf. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t push us into buying but gave us every assistance to test drive the car twice.

Very friendly and straight forward to deal with. My second new van in fourteen months from SG Petch and by far the best deal I could find. I very much like Glyn in commercial sales and am happy to do deals over the phone as he knows my requirements and delivers exactly what I need.

I’d made contact before lockdown about a test drive and Daniel was as good as his word. As soon as the showroom was open he organised an extended test drive for my wife and I and we could not have asked for, or received, better cooperation . Once we had decided to go ahead the deal came together very quickly and we were delighted with our purchase. Dealer friendliness coupled with honest and knowledgeable advice was a major factor in choosing this particular dealership.

Short and simple disgusting service, car handed over In a terrible state 2019 plate. returned to garage to have bodywork and alloy repaird ,returned to pick it up after 9 days at agreed time .-still not ready ,sat over an hour ,taken out to see car ,wheels not cleaned and orange stickers still on ,was assured by several senior management team members from different branches that the car would be perfect......Not the case . Lumps of dry polish all over the car . Not the stunning example on a one owner car as advert described it. Only person I can thank and trusted was Shannon (Durham branch) . ANDREW ,IAN ,AND ONE OF THE OWNERS HIMSELF , promised to sort it all out ,failed to deliver ,£12 Thousand pounds paid and given this kind of service. Big disappoint.

We decided to change our car just as lockdown was approaching; the deal was completed and car ordered. Roger was very knowledgeable and allowed us as much time as we needed to make our decision. Due to lockdown we had to wait a little longer for our new car, however this was totally understandable. Having now got the car we know the decision was the right one. Our thanks go to Roger and his colleagues .

Will not buy from them again. Bought a BMW X3 which had been overfilled on the oil, valeting missed leaves under bonnet and biscuits crumbs in rear seat cup holder. Asked for BMW electrics on towbar tried to get away with putting on universal electrics. Quick to call you when after a sale but reluctant to return calls back. Very poor service.
