“Excellent service, good advice and no hard selling. This is my 3rd new car I have purchased from S.G Petch and I have always been highly satisfied with them. I also have all my services carried out by them to a high standard. Highly recommended.”

“Service was great and the gentleman was very helpful. Didn’t give 5 stars as passenger side wing mirror creaks when it goes in and out, and we were supposed to be contacted about this and never were. Otherwise, highly recommend.”

“Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased several cars from SG Petch ,Middlesbrough, the latest being a fiat 500X, which we are very happy with. I always like to deal with the same salesman, Gary Maughan, who i feel i can speak honestly with in respect of what i am looking for & he seems to go that little bit further in getting us what we want, a more personal service thanks to Gary. “Great advice and service from Ryan when choosing a car to account for comfort due to chronic pain and spinal issues .. was very helpful and friendly throughout ..not pushy in any way and took the hassle out of buying a car ..car is very comfortable to drive and I'm very happy with it . 5* service Ryan”

“We were given good advice on the three types of Kia Niro we we’re interested in, booked test drive 3 weeks later, no pressure at all to buy, all staff were very helpfull especially Nick and the manager. We are very pleased with our purchase and the way we were looked after at SG PETCH”

“Sales Manager very helpful. No pressure to buy. Deal done with the exception of some cosmetic repairs, a deep clean and service history update. Three weeks later on collection. The car not valeted to a good standard and service history was updated incorrectly. Manager agree to pay for another valet and get history corrected. After numerous e mails without any reply. I contacted customer services to lodge a complaint. Four weeks later I finally got my payment for the valet. Week five on still no sign of the corrected service history. I appreciate at the present time things are not normal but If SG Petch are willing to sell cars then their after sales and customer service needs to improve dramatically”
