“Great advice and service from Ryan when choosing a car to account for comfort due to chronic pain and spinal issues .. was very helpful and friendly throughout ..not pushy in any way and took the hassle out of buying a car ..car is very comfortable to drive and I'm very happy with it . 5* service Ryan”

“We were given good advice on the three types of Kia Niro we we’re interested in, booked test drive 3 weeks later, no pressure at all to buy, all staff were very helpfull especially Nick and the manager. We are very pleased with our purchase and the way we were looked after at SG PETCH”

“Sales Manager very helpful. No pressure to buy. Deal done with the exception of some cosmetic repairs, a deep clean and service history update. Three weeks later on collection. The car not valeted to a good standard and service history was updated incorrectly. Manager agree to pay for another valet and get history corrected. After numerous e mails without any reply. I contacted customer services to lodge a complaint. Four weeks later I finally got my payment for the valet. Week five on still no sign of the corrected service history. I appreciate at the present time things are not normal but If SG Petch are willing to sell cars then their after sales and customer service needs to improve dramatically”

“Bought a Jeep from s.g.petch 2 years ago and was very pleased with the way the sale of my car, and the purchase of the above car. When our second car needed replacing I called and looked at s.g.petch's stock of car's. After talking with the salesman who was very friendly and knowledgeable I decided to purchase a replacement car.We arrived at a time and date for collection, everything that was going to be done to the car was completed . A smooth handover took place and I am very happy with the new car, good back up service is also a plus.will definitely recommend this garage to others.”

“Great customer service, knowledgeable staff and happy to help. Kept me informed every step of the way and was happy to answer queries. Only frustration was waiting to get some money back as due to work commitments for myself and the staff member we kept missing each other but all was sorted in the end from friendly staff.”

“The sales Manager Craig , with whom we dealt at S G Petch was knowledgeable , personable and courteous throughout . Craig was not pushy or overly familiar and struck just the right balance between professional competence and friendliness - Both my wife and I agreed that this was the most positive car buying experience that we had ever been involved in .”
