“Initially very good , agreed a deal and went from there. Considering this was a very expensive purchase for ourselves and also the first time we have paid this much for a car (£22,500) we maybe expected a bit better after sales service, I don’t know how it works? Still waiting after nearly 4 weeks for a price on a service package and even mudflats . Not even a courtesy call to ask how it was going . Luckily for us we love the car so review based on after sales service or lack of :(”

“Sales person was very polite, he managed the sale taking care to adhere to the COVID situation. My car was ready on time and I am very pleased with it. (Kona electric). I have used S.G.Petch for a number of years and I find them to be fair, honest and reliable and will continue to use them to purchase my next new car.”

“I was really pleased with the way that we were dealt with by Emma. She is lady who I will happily work with in future sales. I was treat as a person and the discussion was good from first meeting none of the sales patter/waffle that I have Experienced at other dealerships.”

“Service was great and the gentleman was very helpful. Didn’t give 5 stars as passenger side wing mirror creaks when it goes in and out, and we were supposed to be contacted about this and never were. Otherwise, highly recommend.”

“Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased several cars from SG Petch ,Middlesbrough, the latest being a fiat 500X, which we are very happy with. I always like to deal with the same salesman, Gary Maughan, who i feel i can speak honestly with in respect of what i am looking for & he seems to go that little bit further in getting us what we want, a more personal service thanks to Gary.
