“I mainly dealt with Anth who I can only say was outstanding. He went the extra mile to get exactly the car I wanted. And it wasn’t easy!!! There was no big sales pitch just honest and open conversation. Very down to earth and would highly recommend him”

“Told that “Company Policy is not to negotiate a discount for cars bought cash. Also policy not give an up to date MOT certificate if over 5 months remaining on the current certificate. A cheapskate attitude. The car is fine so far. I will not buy again from you, and will readily warn off anyone who asks me.”

“The sales advisor told us everything we wanted to know and more in an unpressurised environment and I test drove 2 cars and settled on the second one. The trade in was uncomplicated and reasonably priced and I would recommend SG Petch to anyone thinking of buying a car.”

“Absolutely fantastic service. Gave them a rough idea of my budget and they found a brilliant little rio that fits perfectly for what I need and also my budget. Great turn around as I picked it up next day. Not a single issue with the car yet”

“The sales person I spoke with was very professional, he had all the information to hand and was very knowledgeable about the cars specifications. His name was Ross. His manager was also very helpful Paul, also very courteous and well mannered. The whole experience was very enjoyable.”

“Extremely poor service from SGPetch. My last three contacts have left me very disappointed. Culminating in today waiting 2 1/2 hours for a call back after being informed on line that it would be very quick. My underlining impression from my last three visits is a total lack of care, and I have been a customer of this company for a number of years. Very disappointed.”

“Excellent service from start to finish from SG Petch and in particular Joseph Halliday. There was never any pressure forced upon me to buy a new car. He listened to all my needs and found me my dream car. Couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend.”

“Having asked for a quote from both mazda and seat for a new car and not getting one these sales people must have come from Lookers dealerships cos they never rang back either so i won't be contacting either branch for a new car”

“On arrival Gary made us feel very welcome. He was very professional and knowledgeable but we never felt any pressure to buy. He was honest and generally a nice guy. It was our first time buying a newer car and he took the time to go through everything the car had to offer. Would highly recommend and would defiantly return when we are ready for our next car. Thank you”

“MY car was booked in for M O T and a service on wednesday 02/09/2020 there was a repair booked at the same time, at 5 o clock they phoned said they were waiting for a part and the car would be ok by thursday lunch time, at 4.30phoned to see when it would be ready some one told me they would call me back. it is now friday 1 o clock , i have phoned 3 times and was told some one would call back i even went on their on line chat and was told the same some one will call back, I AM still waiting , how hard is it to pick up aphon . NEVER AGAIN WILL MY CAR GO FOR SERVICE THERE”
