Having asked for a quote from both mazda and seat for a new car and not getting one these sales people must have come from Lookers dealerships cos they never rang back either so i won't be contacting either branch for a new car

On arrival Gary made us feel very welcome. He was very professional and knowledgeable but we never felt any pressure to buy. He was honest and generally a nice guy. It was our first time buying a newer car and he took the time to go through everything the car had to offer. Would highly recommend and would defiantly return when we are ready for our next car. Thank you

MY car was booked in for M O T and a service on wednesday 02/09/2020 there was a repair booked at the same time, at 5 o clock they phoned said they were waiting for a part and the car would be ok by thursday lunch time, at 4.30phoned to see when it would be ready some one told me they would call me back. it is now friday 1 o clock , i have phoned 3 times and was told some one would call back i even went on their on line chat and was told the same some one will call back, I AM still waiting , how hard is it to pick up aphon . NEVER AGAIN WILL MY CAR GO FOR SERVICE THERE

I was very impressed with the prompt, helpful and friendly service. The deal including a part exchange could not have been arranged more quickly and salesman Simon Danks went out of his way to allow us to view the Fiat Panda and explain its suitability online during lockdown, prior to our test drive, completing the transaction within 2 hours of the original phonecall. We are delighted with the car.

Covid 19 restrictions had an impact on my experience, but it was easy to book a test drive of a car I'd seen online, and the salesman even found a pre-registered car, which he retained for me until I got my insurance write-off sorted out. Easy online transaction for payment. Collection of vehicle was a bit off-hand, partially due to Covid restrictions, but I was asked to drive to a nearby Post Office to tax the car myself, rather than it being done by the dealer. There was a problem with the registration plates being wrong and I returned 5 days later to get this rectified and had a good customer service experience with one of the managers - after I had asked to see someone.

Nice enough sales man, did have a few issues with getting finance which I wasn't made aware of could happen but ended up paying straight out for car so not a massive issue, the most disappointing part was the valeting which was extremely poor, to the point where I had to pay to get it done myself after finding an old Cooplands wrapper in door.

Very happy to recommend SG Petch. Initially booked test drive in Mazda CX30 online. Arriving at the showroom, I was welcomed by Ryan. Bought new car on back of test drive and talking with Ryan. He answered all questions honestly and managed sale and part exchange paperwork efficiently from start to finish. Ryan managed the hand over of new car, taking time to talk about all new features in car and answering all questions. Also talked about service plan and GAP insurance. No pressure to buy, providing independent advice. Overall, very pleased with customer care and all staff at SG Petch.

Customer service was fantastic. Anthony, who I dealt with, in the Darlington branch couldn’t have been more helpful. He took the time to get to know the types of cars I was interested in, and directed me to ones he knew I could afford and didn’t try to sell me cars that were out of my price range.
