“Simply cannot fault S G Petch of York on the purchase of our new Fiat. We actually went into the showroom on a Saturday to look at a completely different new Fiat. The car we bought was actually on display in the showroom and we just fell in love with it. We picked up our new car on the Thursday - just five days after our initial visit. Peter Bonnard the salesmen who dealt with us was excellent, dealing with everything speedily and keeping us informed on a daily basis. At handover Peter explained everything about the car even down to the best way to lock and unlock the fuel cap. After his weekend off Peter called to make sure all was well and that we were happy with the car. We were and still are.”

“Recently traded in my 05 Hyundai Getz for a 64 Hyundai i20 sport model and I couldn’t fault the service at all! I dealt with Sarah right from the start and she was so helpful all the way from just initially looking to picking up the car. I did notice a few paint marks that required touching up and I simply took the car in and they had it finished in less than 10mins! Highly recommend and would 100% use them again!”

“Andy was great, very helpful, knowledgeable and not too pushy. Only marked it as a 4 and not a 5 because: We weren’t offered a test drive. We haven’t received details of the mini break we chose as our option on the promotional offer that was running for new car purchases that weekend It wasn’t really explained how the 5 free Valets worked,I’m assuming a valet is carried out when the car receives its 5 free services? Car is great, a little slow to accelerate compared to my previous car which was a Seat Ibiza but I assume it’s just how it is, as opposed to there being a problem. Overall tho happy with the service and the car.”

“Having had a great experience with our first purchase of a SEAT Ateca at SGPetch we recently went back to trade in the Ateca for a SEAT Tarraco . Matthew who dealt with our purchases on both occasions is calm , professional and excellent to do business with . Heather who has dealt with servicing the cars is so helpful and shows a great “ can do “ attitude . We like to be meticulous with any small dents and scratches that happen and here again Kelsey does a top notch job . I’d highly recommend this company to any prospective customer and in time we are likely to return for a third purchase . We have total trust in the deals and service we’ve enjoyed at SGPetch Durham .”

“I recently purchased a car from this dealership, which is exactly what I was looking for, and at a competitive price. Because email responses from them were very slow (several days) to any questions I had before and after collecting the vehicle, I will telephone in the future. The car salesperson I dealt with was friendly and helpful, as was the telephone receptionist on the occasion when I needed a quick answer and the original car salesperson was unavailable.”
