“Purchased new car 21/03/16 still haven't got it as it broke down within half an hour of driving off the forecourt, has taken a week to fix it. The Salesman (Joseph) is lovely, was a pleasure dealing with him but the customer care after was very poor. Very disappointed :(”

“From begiinnig to deilvery was hasssle free, Alan Copeland salesman was friendly and àlways replied to my question either in person or by phone. This js the thrid car bought from S G Petch Durham. Must say all the staff are a credit. Very happy with my new car and after ssles was also very good.”

“I went to SG Petch in Durham and from the moment I arrived the staff couldn't have been any more helpful or welcoming. I didn't feel pressured into making any decisions and everything was explained to me properly unlike a previous experience earlier in the week at a different car dealership. The member of staff that delt with the sale explained my options and didn't make me feel rushed. I spent a good few hours in the store and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I would recommend everyone to go to this store before going anywhere else.”

“I purchased my new Hyundai from SG Petch, Darlington and received great customer service from the moment I entered the Hyundai Showroom, there was no high pressure sales chat and I was able to test drive the I10 straight away. The sale went through brilliantly and I had no problems. When I went to collect the car, I was shown the controls and the extras on the model I had bought, I was very pleased with the attention to detail and the follow up phone calls to check everything was ok. The only down side related not to my purchase but the actual SG Petch, Darlington site, on the three occasions I attended the showroom the on-site parking was very poor!”
