“just bought or 2nd car from Petch, sales team good, helpful etc, but to be really honest I was going to go elsewhere as I am not to impressed with the after sales care. Waiting nearly four month for a job to be done on our i10 following a MOT and service which showed up some work required under warranty. Had to keep ringing the garage to finally get a date to take the car in.”

“Nice and friendly. Easy to talk to and not pushy with the sale of Nissan Leaf. Hopefully servicing departments will be a friendly supporting team, when car is due for service as well.”

“I was dealt with quickly and shown a car that suited my needs. The paperwork however, was a bit slow to be sorted I eventually received some in the post after ringing several times, I still have not got anything to say the superguard treatment was carried out. I was told that the cleaning pack would be sent for.”

“Helpful staff, no pressure from salesmen at initial visit. Good test drive, able to answer questions and queries and allowed us to use media to compare prices, insurance etc. Good all round service. Handover of vehicle was good, all explained well. Disappointed in lack of service on vehicle before handover - offered reduced price after purchase”

“Very good, pleasant, easy to talk too. Down point is the car I bought wasn't checked over at all with all the tyres pressures down by at least 10 psi from where they should be, no washer fluid when I jumped in the car with warning lights on. Little things which should of been done. but the service was still good. Just need to make sure they do all there checks next time!!”

“Excellent service I knew what car I wanted and never felt pressured into a sale. Simon made everything easy and explained everything to me . Would have been 5 stars but I pointed out there was mould on the seat and was told it would be getting a valet before I picked the car up but I didn't look and in daylight the seats still had mould on it...”

“the sails man mr Nick Rickwood was polite but not smarme well informed about the car. arranged a time that would allow me to travel from Derby. he demonsrated the car to me . and when I decided to bye the car he explaind the options that were available to me clearly without pressure allowing me to make an informed chois. he arraiged a conveneant time for the collection of the car and when I arrived it was reddy and all the paper work was there he explaind the paper work to me . showd me how to use the sat nave to get home and demonstrated all the relivant parts of the car. I would be happy to talk to Nick later in the year when I chaing my sorento.”
