“Very attentive on arrival, was able to give full information on purchase of the vehicle including full financial details and vehicle specifications. Offered a chance to test drive a vehicle. Very friendly staff whom I feel are approachable with any queries/questions even after purchase if the vehicle.”

“sService was good but I feel was let down by promises made after sales as the salesman said he would ring me a few days after I picked car up to see how I was managing this never materialised and I feel really let down. This marred what was otherwise a good service.”

“Mike Whitaker was a pleasure to deal with. He was determined that we had the right specification and was also good enough to match another offer. In fact, I was so impressed, I bought a another Kia 2 weeks later from Mike.”

“Quick and listened to us however I was dissatisfied with the 3 or 4 quotes it took us to get to a price we were all happy with. The initial APR was ridiculous at close to 12%, this dropped to 9 then 7 before we said we would pay cash. They magically came back with 4.5% after this as a last resort of making us finance the car. We still went ahead with a cash purchase. Apart from this, which was quite annoying, we were pleased with the service and at how quickly.we received the car.”

“The staff were helpful and polite. They were not pushy like some sales people and the main thing I liked was the fact that I was involved in the conversation not just my husband a thing I have found in other sales rooms. We were also kept in touch about every little thing,which is nice.”

“I love the car I bought and was Very Impressed with Mike Whitaker who managed to sell me it despite not having a brochure available or our being able to test drive an automatic transmission on our selected model. He kept us informed of delivery and even delivered it to my home in Thirsk where he spent time going through the controls etc.. I honestly feel he is an absolute treasure to SG Petch and would recommend him to friends and colleagues without hesitation.”

“I was very satisfied with my car purchase. The sails man mr.Elijah Watson was extremely professional and helpful, he came across as a nice guy. This is the 2nd car I have bought from Petch and certainly have No complaints. I have wanted an Ix20 for awhile, Elijah found me one close to the spec. I wanted. Thank you very much.”

“Excellent service from Nick Nicolson, who was very patient with us to find the right car, we choose the Kia Venga 3 and have been very happy with it so far in the 3 weeks we have had it. The only bugbear we have found the reversing sensors are very quiet this seems to be a issue on the Venga's. If fact service was so good our daughter is purchasing a Kia Picanto for our granddaughter and has also ordered a Kia Sportage as well from yourselves.”
