“Everything was great, just a small mix up when coming to the final price as we were dealt with by a different person than previously who told us they never sell cars without a warrenty but the person before had told me it was entirely optional and nearly caused us to not be able to buy the car as we were already over budget without the warranty.”

“My purchase of the car was good but the delivery was a day late due to an admin issue this took some of the buzz away as I picked the car up on the 2nd March and missed owning a brand new car on the first day of registration this was on my wish list. Other than this everything else was good.”

“Nice dealing with your staff The only criticism I can make is they need more knowledge on the the operation of the vehicle they are selling especially when it's a new vehicle”

“Very happy with buying experience. Didn't intend to buy a car that day but salesman was very helpful, well informed & not pushy. Finance deal was very attractive & well explained. Only slight downside was the unavailability of a weekend collection slot so my husband had to go mid week to collect it for me.”

“We were treated realy very well with the sales man Kevin Jackson, he could not do more to help! But just a few days later when it rained, we had smears on the front and back windows. So i went out and bought some glass cleaner. Parking our new Venga on our drive reversing back, on to it i noticed that the Disc Breaks Are sticking and stopping the car to go futher back wards, with the car doing the same leaving the driveway. We managed to get hold of Kevin to tell him about these two problems. He arraged with the Service repartment to have them put right. I would expect that the two problems, should never had happend, since the car was at the garage over 2 weeks before we could pick it up, leaving plenty of time for the New car to make sure every thing was checked before it was released. Now we are having to travel from our home in Scarborough to York and back, and having to wait for these 2 problems to be put right, which sould in my mind never have been.”

“Service very good ,car good value, only problem was rear broken light on car which l only noticed when i got home, on contacting SG they agreed to do the decent thing, and replace said light.I am very happy with outcome but would have been happier if prolem had been rectified before i picked up the car.”

“Salesman Gary Maughan was very helpful and had an very good manner. The only thing I am disappointed in is that when I examined the car in detail at home when I washed it I noticed that the rear NS passenger door had been at sometime in the past been repaired and repainted. The quality of the workmanship was not good. I also found over spray on the plastic guard on the front OS inner wheel arch so obviously this had also been repaired. I raised this with Gary Maughan and asked if SG Petch would compensate for these matters with no satisfaction. I would expect a much better degree of customer care / satisfaction from aHyundai main dealer. This is the reason I bought from a main dealer”

“I bought a Hyundai i20 got a good deal. the sales people were very helpful and were not pushy as some car sales people are. I would recommend this garage to anybody for buying a car.”
