Indie Singh was the salesperson for my recent purchase and both my wife and I found him to be very helpful and courteous, even though he sometimes needed clarification from others to some of the questions we asked of the Hyundai Tuscon in question as he primarily deals with Fiat. My one disappointment was the manager did not speak to us in person when negotiating, Indie had to go back and forth. Considering the cost of the car (over 23,000 pounds) I thought it wasn't too much to ask for him to get involved. On getting home I discovered the owners handbook was missing and also the drivers side mat had a hole in it, I rang Indie Singh, who organised a replacement mat and an owners manual straight away.

The Darlington team were very friendly and very informative. I bought a Fiat 500 lounge in White. I can't fault the sales team and finance team! Very happy with the customer service!... Although i do have a complaint about the day i picked my car up, just little things but made a big difference, the car just looked like it had been rushed to be honest, from the stickers on the windows being totally wonky to the interior being marked. I have cream interior and there were black smuge marks all over the steering wheel plus a bug scratch, and on the white leather seats at the top and also on the dashboard, some of the marks i've managed to get off but there are still noticable marks and scratches. Considering the car was a brand new 2016 reg i was disappointed to find all the black smudges etc, ruined my experience, which is a shame because i cant complain about anything else.

First time dealing with s g patch but my experience was fine. The only let down for me was the body and paintwork valet the engine bay was done separate on another visit and was brilliant. But overall a good experience

Car arrived earlier than we expected so that was good. My new car is great lots of gadgets will take a while getting used to them. My old car was a three year old Qashqai in immaculate condition but in saying that the build quality on my new Qashqai seems to be even better so hope I will have as much fun as I did with the old one. The service we received was good I think the only minus was that because we delt with more than one person things got a little mixed up. Chelsey did her job well but I think she could have spent more time telling us about certain aspects of the car but in saying that thanks Chelsey. Again Stephen came good and gave us that extra help so thanks. Stephen. Over all happy.

Purchase, preparation and collection of vehicle were all fine, well organised,friendly and helpful.Then things began to fall apart - we tried to arrange the transfer of an existing service contract.Having been promised a contact call to make the change we heard absolutely nothing despite making numerous calls and being told we would receive a call back.Still waiting for some (any) contact if only as a matter of politeness !

from start to finish we found the experience of buying our latest legacy very good. we found ruth to be very good and nothing was a problem for her, and the car is superb makes driving pleasure once a gain

I was instantly made to feel welcome by Reg Thompson (Sales), who was extremely professional and helpful. I was perfectly happy with the deal agreed on a new Jeep Cherokee, but unfortunately it took longer than expected to arrive in the showroom. I also had it confirmed that my first PCP payment would not be taken until one month after I took delivery of my vehicle; however, the finance papers I signed in advance were sent off almost immediately (I was told they would be retained until the vehicle was delivered), which has resulted in me having to make the first payment at the end of May. Needless to say, I hadn't budgeted for this - I didn't take delivery of the new vehicle until May 9th, so expected the first payment to be in early June. I am extremely pleased with my new Jeep, but the delivery and administrative issues outlined above took some of the shine off the purchase, I'm afraid.

The staff at York were all very helpful and put the ground work in to make sure we got the best package for us. Not very often you're told you have too much deposit for a PCP without getting cashback but they worked their magic and we ended up buying the car to keep instead. Fantastic savings. My only comment about the process of purchasing my car was the need to come back to the garage to see the financial adviser. For me this entailed a journey of some fifty miles. Otherwise Jonathan Coates was vert attentive.

Great service straight forward with minimal fuss. My only feedback which is a very minor point, would be to go through the steps of the full process with the customer at the start as I got a little lost in what was supposed to happen at each stage.

We were invited to go to a special promotional weekend of 'special offers'. My first impression when we arrived was disappointing as although I had explained what we would be interested in the sales staff didn't seem to have been given this information. However after some discussions with sales staff they were able to find cars that would suits our needs. They then pulled all the stops out to find the car for us. They did their job well and we have our third Hyundai Santa Fe. There has been many improvements in the five years since we bought our last Hyundai. It is a joy to drive and we are very pleased with it. Having seen the Premium SE, we decided that the Premium car would fit our needs and pocket best. I was so disappointed that when we went to pick up our new car that it did not have automatic tail gate closure. It seems such a small thing to want but as a driver of only 5 foot I find it very difficult to close the tailgate. It seems such a shame to have to tie a piece of tape to enable me to close the tailgate.

Found in the end a nice car. Well satisfied with the attention shown to my wife and I, pleased with how professional everything was handled regarding the purchase and all the documentation was very re-assuring. Customer car park could be better. Found it full on every visit.
