“Very good service the only thing was the vagueness about the prices and the constant asking me what I wanted to spend but I expect all car dealerships do this. I was happy with my purchase and they threw in free car mats without me asking. I didn't realise that the SEAT I purchased did not come with a spare wheel. I bought my last car also from SG Petch so I would recommend them.”

“We bought a car from the Durham branch 3 weeks ago. Extremely poor customer service. The manager avoids you and hides away in his office when you have questions or issues with the car we were purchasing. £19000 is a lot of money to spend on a vehicle but I would expect some good customer service to go with it. No follow up call nothing!! The car was dropped off at our home as when we had organised pick up it was not ready. The car had not been valeted not even hoovered by the looks of it. There was a biscuit down the side of the drivers seat. Kids macdonalds papers in the back seat compartments. The outside of the car was not polished and had a horrible gritty feel as you ran your hands alone it. Over all very disappointed with the service we received. And would never recommend the branch to anyone I know.”

“Darren, the salesman we dealt with was extremely helpful from our arrival. We were undecided on whether to opt for diesel or petrol versions, and he advised that the diesel version was much more economical. When we collected the car, he took time to explain all of the features of the car, in language that we could both understand. After almost 3 weeks, we are still delighted with the car and would recommend SG Petch to anyone seeking a new car.”

“My second car from s g petch had great service and got me exactly what i wanted. Good turn around on my car just took a few days. sales person new and explained all the extra controls on the car so when i drove away i was confident on how everything worked.”

“We were treated realy very well with the sales man Kevin Jackson, he could not do more to help! But just a few days later when it rained, we had smears on the front and back windows. So i went out and bought some glass cleaner. Parking our new Venga on our drive reversing back, on to it i noticed that the Disc Breaks Are sticking and stopping the car to go futher back wards, with the car doing the same leaving the driveway. We managed to get hold of Kevin to tell him about these two problems. He arraged with the Service repartment to have them put right. I would expect that the two problems, should never had happend, since the car was at the garage over 2 weeks before we could pick it up, leaving plenty of time for the New car to make sure every thing was checked before it was released. Now we are having to travel from our home in Scarborough to York and back, and having to wait for these 2 problems to be put right, which sould in my mind never have been.”
