“A relatively pain free experience, which is a first when choosing a new car. We had done a lot of research on line & decided the i40 was the car we wanted but as the new model was not available Gareth offered a current model to test drive & explained the new features and options. The finance and servicing options were also clearly outlined and our preferred options easily completed. We were very pleased when the spec we decided on was available much sooner than we expected. The only downside was having to wait to take delivery when we had arranged a time to collect the car?, however we were well looked after by SG Petch staff while we waited. Only one minor complaint - the car did not come with car mats which we have been used to when taking delivery of a new car, however Gareth arranged these and at a discount. A great car and a dealer we would recommend. Thank you.”

“Service very good ,car good value, only problem was rear broken light on car which l only noticed when i got home, on contacting SG they agreed to do the decent thing, and replace said light.I am very happy with outcome but would have been happier if prolem had been rectified before i picked up the car.”

“Really good service at SG Petch. It isn't the first time I've bought a car here and I doubt it'll be the last! Great customer service with staff who know their stuff. A big shout out to Shaun for helping me get my beautiful new Fiat 500.”

“The entire process start to finish was at the pace we required, with all the staff being very efficient and helpful. Especially Darren, who got the car in for us within a day of requesting to see it from a different SG Petch site. The follow up since purchasing the car has been spectacular and everyone is very accommodating of different work/availability schedules when we've booked the car in since purchase.”

“We were happy with the sales team but thought that a number of things could be better in the service area. When we spotted the breaks were worn in, the technician was not forthcoming with a solution. We've not also found out that the window wipers need changing...on a 1 year old car? This should have been checked before delivery, certainly sone the car went for its yearly 'heath check'. This doesn't look good for the reliability of future services.”
