“Paid cash for the new car. Didn't get any discount or complimentary extras ie Free servicing. I could have received a better deal if I had used another dealer but the car had already been ordered before I realised that I had been duped.”

“Martin, who dealt with us, was an excellent salesman. We found him to be knowledgeable ,polite, and honest. We felt we could trust him and he went out of his way to make sure we got the best possible deal. We are extremely happy with our new car and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company. Thank you.”

“Mike Whitaker the salesperson I dealt with was excellent , not pushy but really helpful in my selection of car. I would recommend Petch Car Showrooms to everyone best company I have dealt with in all the time I have been buying cars.”

“I found the salesperson very helpful and very informed which made the process very easy and quick, it took less than 30 mins. I had been to Lookers in Middlesbrough (prior to going to SG Petch) where it took 1hr and 45mins to be given a quote which was way out of my budget even though I had informed the salesperon what I could afford,very nearly didnt bother going to Sg petch but really glad I did.”

“I found the car I liked and was helped by Mr David Hutchinson who was extremely helpful and informative. I was made to feel welcome and he answered all of my questions. I picked up and paid for the car on the dedicated day and time and the transaction was extremely smooth and the car was immaculate. This is the second car I have bought from S G Petch in Darlington and I will certainly be returning for my third!”

“The salesman Ray Bennet was knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly he was not "pushy" he gave us the vehicle information, finance information and then left us to decide. A gentleman and a pleasure to do business with.”

“Throughout the purchase of my car I was dealt with by Adrian. From my initial query through to my eventual delivery date with over a month in between, he could not do enough to assist in my choosing of the right vehicle and keeping me updated on the status of my order. I visited a number of Kia Dealerships throughout the NE before committing to buy from SG Petch, and Adrian was by far the most clued on what features were included on each car and details of what purchasing options were available. This is in stark contrast to a couple of other dealerships I enquired with, with who I ended up educating in regards to certain car features and aspects of different financing options.”

“Pleasant, knowlegable salesman, not high pressure. Very efficient transaction and time spent when handing over the new vehicle. only slight critisism of dealership.....very limited customer parking, if i could have parked at a local rival dealership earlier in the day, i might not have purchased a car from yourselves”

“Very courteous and helpful sales rep - Adrian. Feel I would recommend to friends. Bought my last car at Petch eight years ago, which I just traded in for my Hyundai. Hope this one serves me so well. My husband will certainly pay a visit to Petch when replacing his present car. Was impressed with the service and the cars in the showroom.”

“We originally went to SG Petch to buy a Fiat 500L , but found Fiat sales unable to answer some of our queries. We had to wait 3 weeks for a test drive of the model we were interested in - to then find the discounts quoted expired at the end of March. As we were leaving we dropped into the Hyundai showroom - and because of the professional and helpful manner of Mike Jordinson and his knowledge of the vehicle beyond that given in the glossy brochure , we were able to make a confident decision to purchase, and signed up overnight for a pre-registered ix35 SE NAV.”

“I have owned 4 Hyundai,s 3 of which I have bought off SG Petch so I think it speaks for itself, ( Mike Jordinson salesperson spot on top man)”
