First time I called in to look at the cars, Alex was very helpful even though i made it clear i wasn't going to purchase the car that day, he spent a good 30 minutes talking to me, explaining some of the options and generally being a nice guy. Then i returned when i had made up my mind, i headed straight for Alex. He was extremely busy so he asked Alan to look after me. Alan was brilliant also (guess it must be a job requirement). He explained about the different Mazda 6 models, going through the differences between them etc. He made the test drive comfortable, (i have had 2 new cars recently and had never been on a test drive). Then he went through the best finance package with me. The staff there are very pleasant and can't do enough for you, even when the showroom is getting a make over. Overall i would suggest anyone looking for a Mazda should definitely call in there. I even tried to convince a family member to buy a Mazda 2.

Your young salesman Gareth sold us two cars and we didn't feel a thing No pressure, no avoiding awkward questions, he contacted us when he said he would good tea and hot chocolate I love him almost as much as my wonderful quirky fiat!

my wife and i must give Tony Hill a special mention for all the help and advice he gave us he really went the extra mile to get us the car we opted for a really first class service, also a special mention must be given to Rebecca Mitchell who secured the finance for us and also to all the backroom staff a special thanks.

Excellent information and clear explanations of the Mazda CX-5 given by Alex Head. All questions answered; deadlines met; communication good between sale and delivery; no disappointments throughout the purchase. Well satisfied.

I'm being completely honest here, the service was friendly and I was treated very well, unfortunately the model of car I'd asked for wasn't ordered and the mistake was only noticed on the pickup day, I did come to an acceptable compromise but can't help being a little disappointed, also 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for something that should have been included in the car, I'm not put off from this dealer but it has taught me to check paperwork thoroughly in future!

The sales rep seemed to be well informed,but front line staff came across unprofessional calling potential customers honey and love? When the order was placed and paperwork came through there were several errors which meant phonecalls and journeys back to the dealership. The actual dealership was bright and airey with a good feel to it, the vehicles were vids played well and optional extras and merchandise were available to view. The only downside was the sales rep must have been a smoker as he smelt strongly of cigarettes which was very unpleasant and did not match the high standards of the sales environment. The sales rep was hard to contact with subsequent questions an rarely returned calls.

I ordered my new car in January 2015 and was advised that it would be delivered between the end of February and the beginning of March. During this time the sales representative I dealt with left, leaving no one dealing with my order. In February, after initially calling SG Petch for an update, I received a call from a new sales representative stating that my car would arriving mid March. My car finally arrived and was registered on 31 March (A month later than I was advised when I placed the order). The Manager has apologised for the delay and given me a free first service. I have to say that I love the car, and after a slow start, the customer service did improve. Had I continued dealing with the first sales rep I think I would have cancelled my order. The Manager and second sales rep saved the day.

Very happy with the customer service and the quality of the used cars, a good impression and would use them again. However not happy with the 3 day delay with direct debit card for paying for it.

A thoroughly pleasant new car experience for a change. Our sales person, Martin, went the extra mile to ensure we got the right deal at the right time. The car was ready at the time agreed and Martin took the time to explain all the bells and whistles. First class service from S G Petch. J + P, York

Bought a seat Ibiza fr 1.4 brilliant car. But car salesman was poor kept on giving me different dates for when my car is ready. I had to travel there and back about 4-6 times even before I got the car. Then when he gave me the date to pick up me car it was the 30th March and I asked him to see if I can swap my insurance over he said yes because your definitely getting it Monday. So I swapped my insurance over then a couple hours later I got a phonecall of the salesman and he said I will be getting it on Tuesday 31st so since I swapped my insurance over I had no car for a day and a half so I couldn't go to work. So anyways, he gave me a time to pick up my car on Tuesday 31st March which was 1 30 I was the for 1 20. I was waiting ages for my car to arrive I was waiting for an hour and a half for it to be ready for me to drive away. However he brought a car out which wasn't even mine I orded a 3dr 1.4 Ibiza fr he brought out a 5dr Ibiza out he was saying it was mine but it had the wrong licence plate on. So I had to go back home for another hour and a half so they can get my actual car ready for me! So I came back after another hour and a half wait I came to pick it up and it was my actual it was stunning but I had to wait a further 10 to 15 mins because they couldn't find my front licence plate!! It was a very poor salesman and cost me money with his info and dates he gave me! Stunning car Terrible salesmanship

All the staff were very polite and friendly,nothing was too much trouble. I had been to other garages and did'nt get satisfaction from them but at this one George Hope listened to what I wanted and that is why I bought my car from him. I would be very pleased to recommend them to anyone.
