“Salesperson wasn't pushy. She didn't try to sell other things such as paint polish, Mats, insurance to cover insurance, scotch guard etc. etc. Chelsey was knowledgable and questions she didn't know the answer to she found out for us.”

“Ever since I first got finance on a car back in 2012 I've always been happy with the service I've received from the Darlington branch, wether it's been services or queries I've visited through for I've always felt like the main goal has been for me to walk away with a smile on my face which I have. When I received a phone call a few weeks back from one of your colleagues Shaun Harrington who said I could part ex my car and get a new one I was in two minds but as soon as I booked in and went through for a chat I couldn't have been more happier with the service I got from ordering my new car to picking it up only a few days later! Fantastic is all I can say a very happy customer I am and I can guarantee in a few years time I'll definately consider the same process again :) thankyou!!”

“Staff very courteous, knowledgeable and patient. No hard sell. Plenty of time to view vehicles at leisure. Car purchased was as described. Delivered fully valeted. An unavoidable delay in being ready on agreed date due to mot backlog but a quick call saved an unnecessary trip from home. Was ready and waiting on re-arranged date. No negative comment to make at all.”

“I found the entire experience of buying our new Nissan Quashqai completely painless. Regular phone calls from a conscientious represenative a the company kept me apprised of the car's availability and I was always fully informed of what was required to make the purchase as smooth as possible. A test drive was quickly arranged, information and specifications were readily at hand and the whole financial\ propcess was transparent. Afer sales care has also been evident in phone calls to check on saisfaction.”

“I visited the Nissan dealership in Durham and was treated well from walking through the door. I wanted a car for my new driving school and the salesman was patient and knowledgeable. He found me the perfect car and had it modified ready for when I collected it. I couldn't recommend SG Petch highly enough and they now have a customer for a few years to come.”

“I went to SG Petch's garage to look at the Hyundai i20 as one of a number of options. I was met by Mr.Paul Morris who showed me the car I might be interested in. I was given all the information I wanted in a pleasant and efficient way. By good fortune (?) they had in their compound a car that fitted my requirements exactly. I was offered a test drive and a chance to get the approval of my wife the next day. I thought it drove well, was comfortable and of good quality build. I thought it was well equipped and excellent value for the price. I decided to buy it and the purchase was completed within a week with all the paperwork, including for the trade-in of my current car, handled efficiently. Could not be more pleased with the service and the car. Driving is a pleasure again!”
