“I was pleased with the personal care and attention shown to us by Colin Raine when be recently purchased a Hyundai I20 from S G Petch, McMullan Road, Darlington. He went the extra mile to check our requirements before recommending a recently traded in vehicle to us. There was a slight delay in finalising things, but this was due to the original owner having to wait for the delivery of his new vehicle. This didn't matter too much as we went on holiday for a while anyway. Colin has telephoned today (8th April) to check if I am satisfied with the i20 and informed us that he's got the MOT certificate for me to collect. The maintenance department had this over the Easter weekend whilst Colin was on leave. I would like to express my thanks to Colin and his colleagues for their friendly, efficient service. B Simpson”

“I would like to thank Mike Jordinson of SG Petch McMullen Road, for his care when i came in to buy a new car for myself. As a mature consumer you sometimes get looked over or just dismissed. This however was not the case Mike made the whole posses quick easy and comfortable, he answered all my questions. He turned a thing I was dreading (dealing with sales men) into a great experience. Oh, and I love my new to me car . Thanks again Regards Sandra Molyneux”
