Martin helped us with the purchase of our new Sportage KX4. He came up with a fabulous deal and gave me an excellent price for my old car. We will be going back to see Martin when my husband is ready to trade his car in later this year

Throughout the whole process of buying the new car those that I spoke to were very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars. Mr Kevin Jackson the salesman that I dealt with was excellent from start to finish. I made the experience enjoyable for me and my family. I would certainly recommend SG Petch. Stewart

excellent from start to finish have informed Hyundai feedback at 10 all the way through . special mention for Jordan Marshall . have recommended sg petch to all my friends .

went wrong at every stage , very disappointing , 2 weeks later still waiting for the payment of the part ex from them !!

Nick the salesman was great not pushy in any way he knew all answers to my questions and let me have a long test drive I couldn't fault the service from start to finish now driving just what I wanted thank you

Friendly service, not "pushy", but careful. schedule of delivery etc., kept. Helpful arrangement of DVLA requirements so that all was done properly. Good to be a returning customer

Although the sale of the car went very smothly I was then disappointed with the following service once the car was purchased. We collected the car on 20/3/15.: 1. 26/3/15. 6 days after purchase i rang to advise that the steering wheel vibrated when approaching 70mph. The receptionist initially suggested I ring back the following day as the Salesman who sold me the car was not in. When pressed to see if there was another member of staff that could assist, I was told that there were 2 salesmen in and that they were currently with customers but it would be up to them if they wanted to help me or not. A salesman then returned my call 3 hours later to advise me that it was a safety feature!!! When he then rang me back 10 mins later, he said that it was the tracking. Advised a date of 10/4/15 to have it rectified. After futher discussion it was booked in the following day. 2. There was no manual with the car. I was told that they were going to order it. Still waiting to hear that it is available.

Bought a new Hyundai i10 from saleesman Eric - service was excellent and got a really good deal. I absolutely love my new car and am so pleased I opted for a new car rather than a used one. I now have worry-free motoring for at least the next 5 years due to the 5 year warranty from Hyundai and free breakdown cover.

The comments the service was GOOD .THE only comments are .on the collection day WE paid the rep via credit card £399. for a 3 year period regarding scratches since then I have had no details from you whatsoever. I, would welcome YOUR comments regarding this ,also I maybe interested in a 3 year service package. I await your comments. PETER THOMPSON

My wife and I have owned Mazda cars for over 30 years and it seemed obvious to continue that trend. We can honestly say that our latest purchase experience was indeed a pleasure. No high pitched salesmanship, just a solid team helping us through the process, explaining the options available to enable us to make the right purchase. We would like to highlight and commend one of your team in particular. Adam Grant, a young salesman at SG Petch – Mazda, Durham. He was pleasant, helpful and very caring. Nothing was a problem to him. Indeed he was a breath of fresh air, far removed from the stereotypical car salesman of some Mazda sales reps we had dealt with in the past. In fact he even came in on his day off to ensure that he completed the whole purchase and handover process with us. Beyond a doubt he is a credit to Mazda. Now to the vehicle. We bought a Mazda 3 SE-L Nav and are delighted with it. It is a pleasure to drive and has only one drawback for us, not being able to see where the bonnet and front wings end. When we discussed this with the Mazda team they came up with a sound solution. So we look forward to many happy years of happy driving. Thank you Mazda. Thank you to the Mazda team. (Five stars all round).

All members of staff extremely friendly and helpful. Requested to pick up my car early and despite being busy they managed to meet my needs whilst keeping my self and other customers happy!
