“Very disappointed with the service having bought numerous Mazdas over the years. To be forced to pick up my new car at an inconvenient time for me when I clearly stated when was suitable . Then to be told no insurance available when I didn’t have time to arrange my own , even though my husband who picked up his car 2 weeks earlier was offered 7 days insurance. Having forced the issue 24 hours given which was no good as no insurance company could find the car model. Had spent a whole afternoon trying to sort this when I should have been at work due to being forced to pick up the car at a time suitable for the garage. Shocking”

“I’ve used SG Petch for 10 years. My new car is possibly the best changeover ever. An excellent offer , quickest documentation organisation ( even with DVLA stuff). “This is the second car bought from S G Petch and both times the service, communication, efficiency and friendliness of the staff has been excellent (special mention for Mark H for the time and patience to obtain financial details for 4 models of car to allow us to choose the one to suit us). “I have bought my last 3 cars from the dealership at Durham and have been very satisfied at the service I have received up to now. On my latest car that I bought from Jack Newey I couldn't have asked for anything else, was treated very respectfully and very professionally from him and wouldn't hesitate to use Jack and the dealership again.”

“I came to trade my original car on finance for a newer one on a new agreement. I felt Ryan at SG Petch Darlington helped me make the right decision on car model, with storage size being a priority as a new mother. “SG PETCH DURHAM can highly recommend this garage along with Ray Yates the Senior Sales Executive, he is a real credit to the garage. We had an idea of what we wanted which we had enquired about online then had a follow up call from Ray to confirm they still had it & did we want to view it. We went along to the garage viewed the car & looked at other cars too which we were left to have a good look around at our pace without anyone bothering us which was lovely. Ray made us feel at ease he didn’t pressurise us at anytime, had good product knowledge & was very friendly with great communication. A deal was done with no stress & the car was ready for us to pick up after a few days. Thank you so much Ray We love our beautiful new car (Jaffa)”
