“I have to say that I was impressed and very happy with my experience of purchasing my new car from SG Petch and trading in my existing car. Everything that was agreed in the showroom was put in place and my new car was ready when agreed. Part exchange was very fair on current market values and the sales executive Alan Copeland could not have been more helpful and pleasant throughout the process. New car is excellent and going great. Thank you”

“Awful customer service, worse ever; there literally was none !!! On entering both Hyundai and Mazda showrooms we weren't greeted. We took it upon ourselves to start looking at cars and still no staff showing willing, just sat on their phones !!! Absolutely fuming having travelled some miles to view certain cars; business taken elsewhere”

“I initially went into the garage just to check out the options I had with the car I had at the time. I was dealt with by Nicky who throughout the process was professional and honest with us. We came to a deal to trade my car in for a newer one. Nicky went beyond his expected role helping me during the whole process.”

“Very swift purchase! Given all the information needed and everything was straightforward. Would definitely purchase from again in the future. Matt from Durham (Seat garage) was very chatty and friendly and felt less like a salesman which is great as a female buyer. Thank you!”

“The 3 stars is only because the garage needs to employ more staff. The staff that were there were doing an exceptional job, but far to busy and not enough time for other customers who were in the garage at the same time as me. On one occasion, I called in to pick up some paint and there was a couple sat at one of the sales desks but no staff about at all, if I hadn't already purchased a car from you, I would have walked out and you wouldn't have got a sale from me. This is by no means a reflection on the staff in the showroom but the management need to get more staff.”

“Not a fan of changing cars no real idea if I got good deal but that said petch are very welcoming and the sales staff professional and efficient. Car is excellent. It’s the second time I have used them. Would recommend”

“Not great really a week after buying the car developed a fault and couldn’t be booked in to fix it for over 2 weeks eventually got a courtesy car but no sign of ours yet”
