“A bit more help with the Apps and a guide to the less obvious controls would have smoothed the way, though I appreciate that things were very hectic at the time!”

“SG Petch, themselves, were generally fine to deal with. We had some frustrations around the original promised delivery date but once they took ownership of the issue it was their ongoing communication that restored our faith. When the car finally arrived (NB: Fiat themselves were absolutely hopeless) it had been damaged in transit but Petch were open & honest and it was repaired in good time.”

“Excellent service throughout. Very pleased with purchase and satisfied with trade in, only disappointment was there was only a small amount of fuel in my new car whereas I had left at least two thirds of a tank of diesel in mine.”

“The service we received when purchasing our car was superb…….the polite, friendly, no-pressure sale, accommodating our time scale made the whole process painless. Owner/manager of the business was even there on car pick up day and asked us if everything was ok with the service we had received. Would definitely recommend SG Petch to our friends and family.”

“Excellent customer service from initial phone enquiry ad to the vehicle I was interested in. Joseph Dowdall could not do enough to assist in the purchase process and made the whole experience the best I have been involved with in over 49 years of car buying. The whole process from telephone enquiry to vehicle collection took 6 days and was conducted in a very professional manner. No hesitation in recommending this dealership.”

“i purchased my car, it had damage on the side of the vehicle. repair was carried out when seeing the car in the sun, they have made a terrible job of the repair and very badly polished.. if i was to hand the car back think the finance company would try and charge”
