“Purchasing a vehicle and taking it for a service when its due is very straight forward. The problem starts when you have an issue with the car. I was told the strange noise from the engine that I was hearing was just the noise of the engine, being a lady driver, what would I know! I took the car to local garage, told to take car back to dealer as issue with coolant system, had to wait two weeks before car could go to garage, then found the head gasket had gone, in a two year old car!! How could they have missed that the first time? Car in garage for 4 weeks to get repaired, no courtesy car, despite having to care for my 92yr old blind mother who lives several miles away and buses run infrequently. Customer service appalling. Return telephone calls don't exist. No apology, nothing, Certainly won't be purchasing my next car from this dealership, Darlington branch.”

“After being to another dealer and not been happy with service there, it was a breath of fresh air coming here to be greeted by Liam. He was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy and we found a car straight away! Charlotte also was brilliant! I can not fault the service at all and we are extremely happy with our new car!”

“Was looking to change my car wasn’t sure what to ! Was looking at older car’s around 20- 22 thousand then seen this Hyundai Tuscan for sale and thought might be worth spending the bit extra getting a nearly new, 6 months old with 4500 miles on clock so purchased the Tuscan 1.6 Diesel Hybrid N-Line had it 3 weeks and very Impressed !, had a couple of little issues but Mark was spot on. !!”
