The car i bought was great and was dealt with by terry at sg petch durham was good to, when going to pick the car up things that had been spoken about were not resolved i.e scratches on car rear passenger side above door, rip in driver seat leather, scratces indents in rear passanger side door, paid £9000 for this car and the finer details for me should have been dealt with alot better, cannot fault the service otherwise. Our mazda3 2lt nav auto is absolutely wonderful, perhaps the best car we have ever driven. The purchase was not as straight forward as it could have been, by retaining our cherished number plate, we came up against several, frustrating situations. The computer constantly confused the car we exchanged with the car we were buying, which caused endless problems for us and the DVLA. Things are now sorted and we can enjoy our new car. Darren Borland was extremely helpful and sorted the problems admirably for us

Slightly disappointed with service received following car purchase. Nothing major but could be better. Car only had one key so had to book in to get new key coded, this should really have been sorted before they sold us the car. Also there was no handbook, they ordered one but when it came was for wrong model so now have to go back again to dealership . Final point the salesman never mentioned car came with RAC cover and I had renewed my Green flag cover before we found out.

Very excited about our car purchase, little disappointed about the promised valet on the car, we did point out some issues when we saw it first time. Took the edge off the purchase when showing off to a relative, who also pointed out the marks. The salesman did apologise when he dropped off the car manual and service book ( which had gone MISSING) I know the garage was very busy on the day we collected the car, but,

We were happy with the sales team but thought that a number of things could be better in the service area. When we spotted the breaks were worn in, the technician was not forthcoming with a solution. We've not also found out that the window wipers need changing...on a 1 year old car? This should have been checked before delivery, certainly sone the car went for its yearly 'heath check'. This doesn't look good for the reliability of future services.

After paying the initial deposit on my new car, the customer service dropped dramatically. I had to contact the dealer for updates on registration and date of delivery as no contact was made by them. Then on the day of collecting my car the time was changed more than once, due to a member of staff being absent. Coming to the handover of the new car, it wasn't the sales person I had been dealing with, it was someone who knew a lot more and was great answering my questions and completing the paperwork. She was really helpful and gave a detailed explanation of how all the gadgets in the car worked. I've now had my car almost a month and I am still waiting for the follow up call to check everything is ok as I was promised. Love the car but am highly disappointed in the customer service standards. I wouldn't recommend the dealership on this basis.

Chris has been a brilliant car sales man and has gone above and beyond to make our car perfect for us. However, staff members such as the valet staff and mechanics are very lazy! We still have not had our car Valeted to a brand new car standard. We arrived at 9:00am this morning for an mot, car scratch repair and a clean and came to collect at 1:00pm. The car has been slightly hoovered but when I lifted the mats up it had not been hoovered underneath; it has been slightly cleaned. Our car is still covered in dog hairs and this is very dis-heartening. Chris our car sales man has been very patient with our complaints and is currently going above and beyond to rectify this. Chris has even come in work on his day off to hand over our new car for us and we were extremely grateful. The service from Chris has been amazing it's just a shame lazy staff such as the valet staff have hindered our experience.

I'm being completely honest here, the service was friendly and I was treated very well, unfortunately the model of car I'd asked for wasn't ordered and the mistake was only noticed on the pickup day, I did come to an acceptable compromise but can't help being a little disappointed, also 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for something that should have been included in the car, I'm not put off from this dealer but it has taught me to check paperwork thoroughly in future!

Bought a seat Ibiza fr 1.4 brilliant car. But car salesman was poor kept on giving me different dates for when my car is ready. I had to travel there and back about 4-6 times even before I got the car. Then when he gave me the date to pick up me car it was the 30th March and I asked him to see if I can swap my insurance over he said yes because your definitely getting it Monday. So I swapped my insurance over then a couple hours later I got a phonecall of the salesman and he said I will be getting it on Tuesday 31st so since I swapped my insurance over I had no car for a day and a half so I couldn't go to work. So anyways, he gave me a time to pick up my car on Tuesday 31st March which was 1 30 I was the for 1 20. I was waiting ages for my car to arrive I was waiting for an hour and a half for it to be ready for me to drive away. However he brought a car out which wasn't even mine I orded a 3dr 1.4 Ibiza fr he brought out a 5dr Ibiza out he was saying it was mine but it had the wrong licence plate on. So I had to go back home for another hour and a half so they can get my actual car ready for me! So I came back after another hour and a half wait I came to pick it up and it was my actual it was stunning but I had to wait a further 10 to 15 mins because they couldn't find my front licence plate!! It was a very poor salesman and cost me money with his info and dates he gave me! Stunning car Terrible salesmanship

Overall the service was very friendly ,but not enough sales people so you were passed to other helpers,but overall they were very friendly &helpful. But when it comes to the car itself highly satisfied
