“No hard sell, very relaxed atmosphere with salesperson who were happy to listen more than talk (I know, it makes a change). Information and advice was good and they were pretty efficient. Things were done when they said they would be.”

“In the circumstances the salesperson could only show us the outside of the car. It is terrible trying to find things on the computer and info book. Bring back cars that have easy to use dashboards. I don't need to know how many minutes my last drive took. I have a watch.”

“Very many thanks to all concerned during our recent purchase of a Kia Sportage. Chris Dunwell made the entire buying process enjoyable, informative and professional. “Customer service at it’s best. Smart pleasant and very informative the salesman has now sold my husband and I our last two of the three cars we have bought from S.G. Petch. He always remembers our names when we bring our car for service and his easy manner and none pushy attitude is the reason we ask for him when we are considering buying a new car. “I have a Kia Sportage will be 2yr old in June. Display unit went off in March, no sat nav,reverse camera, radio,phone etc. unit has been on order since March not expected until June. If parts are that hard to get very disappointed”

“Needing a mobility car with a large boot was made very difficult during lock down. Until I met Michael Beck at the Castletown, Sunderland garage. He understood exactly what I wanted and needed to suit my needs. The whole transaction was made so easy from start to finish. Michael and the team made myself and my husband feel very safe in the unprecedented circumstances of covid. Everyone was very friendly and helpful”

“After reading reviews I had decided on a Mazda3 so it should have been an easy sale. I stood at the reception desk being ignored. Another customer told me to wallk over to a desk at the back of the showroom. Also the sales rep was totally disinterested in telling me anything about the car. I actually changed my mind and left. AS i wanted the car i went back and asked for a test drive. I bought the car despite your salesmen. When I collected the car and handed over my keys to my trade-in, he was too busy on his phone to even look up, he just held out his hand for my keys.”
