“Great friendly service where they care about the deal that’s right for you. I was given options to make sure they fitted my affordability before proceeding which is refreshing to see in the motor industry! Lewis was fantastic all the way through the process and all the staff I dealt with were friendly. I would 100% recommend SG Petch as a dealer to any one of my friends or family.”

“Couldn't fault the service received on purchasing my new Hyundai i10 from Durham branch...Adam was spot on, with no tedious sales swagger, just straight forward good honest facts. Gave me a decent price on trade in for my old i10, which I purchased from the same sales team 6yrs ago. Everything explained step by step, a quick and efficient service all round... well pleased! Will take great please in recommending SG PETCH Durham to anyone!”

“I mainly dealt with Anth who I can only say was outstanding. He went the extra mile to get exactly the car I wanted. And it wasn’t easy!!! There was no big sales pitch just honest and open conversation. Very down to earth and would highly recommend him”

“The sales advisor told us everything we wanted to know and more in an unpressurised environment and I test drove 2 cars and settled on the second one. The trade in was uncomplicated and reasonably priced and I would recommend SG Petch to anyone thinking of buying a car.”

“The sales person I spoke with was very professional, he had all the information to hand and was very knowledgeable about the cars specifications. His name was Ross. His manager was also very helpful Paul, also very courteous and well mannered. The whole experience was very enjoyable.”
