“I love the bra. Especially the one with the extra layer of fabric and adjustable straps. I am a 36D they’re so comfortable. I feel comfortable and no more underwire. Perfect fit for me. Both the bra and the leggings fit as described. I just wish they had the leggings in more colours than black and dark colors. Shaper mint is my new go to…. No more $400 bras. Thank you.”

“Love the product but I really am disappointed in service. My card was charged for a membership in December. I didn't want a membership. Very deceptive practices!! I cancelled on the site on my account in December when I first noticed it and no response. I again cancelled on the help AI page on January 12 Cancellation number 7622730. It is now February and no refund or contact. Be careful when ordering!!!!!”

“I finally received my items from Shapermint. I was very upset and dissapointed by there delivery service and posted a message previously out of frustration and anger being that money was taken from my account and i never received my items that i ordered on Jan 15th.i did receive two items on the 4th of February and the remaining item this evening. ladies, i have to admit Shapermint have the best bra's ever! I will give credit where credit is due. I am afraid to order again for fear of not receiving my items. But ladies, if you are looking for comfort, and great support, Shapermint is the place to go!”

“They double charged me for my order and apparently have no intention of correcting the issue ($125 overcharge). I have reached out to the numerous times to no avail. Their customer service is absolutely awful and they appear to intentionally make it almost impossible to converse with them. Buyer beware!!”

“They automatically set you up as a member and bill you $4.99 the next month. You can cancel online, but every single customer is going to pay them five extra dollars before cancellation. If you call their customer service, it says the operators are busy and wait time is three minutes. At the end of three minutes they hang up on you. That happened all four times I called on two different days. Same exact message each time. It’s sad that a company with a good product needs to add a scam. I’ve bought many things from them, but never again.”
