“I purchased 3 bras and fell in love with the fit and comfort. I purchased 3 more. Delivery time was okay within 7-10days, I'm not complaining.”

“I love the feel of the bra. I don’t feel confined like I did with under wire. The only issue I have with the bra is the back stretched after one use. I got it in my size too. I washed and dried it thinking it would shrink back, but it didn’t. Other than that issue, it’s a great bra.”

“IMO, there is no comparison with other bras. Shapermint are more comfortable & supportive without wire BY FAR than any brand I've tried and at this point I have literally tried them all. I will never go to another brand when I can get these! The only problem I've run into is trying to exchange a bra for my daughter that the cup was too small. By the measurements, it should have fit her but the cup did not. I tried to exchange for a larger size and they were not in stock. Now I'm having to figure out how to a) get an exchange for another style (also not in stock for her size on the return web page) or 2) get a refund. That has been a giant hurdle. I've exchanged things in the past with no problem, but this specific issue is causing a headache. The online chats don't work because they are bots and can't be altered from normal issues, I assume. I finally found a phone number but it ended with the only option to send a message and they'd get back to me. Fingers crossed. With everything I know about this company, I can't imagine it will work out. Just having to jump through a few hoops. Highly recommend the product, look carefully at the measurement guide but don't trust a large if you are a busty 36 DDD. The cup is too small! :-)”

“Everything I have ordered from Shapermint fit me great, everything was according to size. I have bought leggings, capris, swimsuit, bras, you name it. I have never had to send anything back and I’m very pleased. Every now and then the customer service emails can get a little wonky but I can deal with that.”

“I like that the material is so soft. However, the ad says that you don't have to wear a bra but I will definitely be wearing one. Also, the lady showing her pants being loose after putting on the cami is false and misleading. I will still try some other products.”

“I never received my order. What was sent me was someone else’s order. I have left messages and texts online. Also, voice message on the phone line. You have charged my account but nothing has been done as far as me getting my order. I would not recommend this co. Now I will be contacting my bank and have them deal with your company.”

“I was always hesitant to try new bras because of the price and I never could find a good fit that was comfortable and supportive. I was able to take advantage of a promotional sale and get three bras for the price of one big named store bras. I did have to exchange the ones I purchased for a larger size but the return process was so seamless and easy. Would definitely recommend! I’m excited to try other products!”

“I like the fabric and tge shape however, your size chart is not accurate. I always check size charts before I buy on line. The measurements I took were bust 38 and underbust 34. Your chart gave me a size of 34 D. I usually wear a 38C. I order on your recommendation and the band was too small and that made the cup to small so I have returned them all. Im going to try a 36D and see what happens but I'm afraid they won't work either but giving y'all a second shot.”

“Their products are great but their customer service is awful! I had a problem with my order and the chat person helped and said she was going to change my order… let’s say she never did! I have emailed their customer service 4 times and have never received a email back! I would not recommend Shapermint! They obviously do not care about their customers!”
