“Shapermint is so seamless to deal with, they’ll have my business. Their Customer Support returned my query within an acceptable timeline, helped me solve a return issue, and made it so easy to make a return! My last order was for their Truekind Wireless Shaping bras. It’s been a long time since I’ve had bras that are as comfortable. The material is soft, shoulder straps are about an inch wide so don’t hurt my shoulders, lots of uplift (not sagging), and I like the top layer that covers the actual cups so the band doesn’t roll up. Great online shopping experience for me!”

“Ordering was so easy and my order arrived promptly on Christmas Day! My Shapermint bra (style #10024)is so comfortable that I can wear it all day and evening. I ordered a large and the fit is perfect. I am so happy with my new bra that I ordered two more and will definitely try out some of their other products. Thank you Shapermint!!! It's taken me years to find a bra so comfortable and one that looks good too.”

“I needed to have smooth silhouette in my outfits and a certain amount of compression without feeling that I was suffocated and shapermint camisole gave me that comforting feeling. The high waisted legging fit me like a glove and gave just the right amount compression. They looked great and felt good on me. I have already recommended to my family and friends.”

“I tried for days for someone at company to return my voicemail I left. Massage said they would. Let’s just say trying to return my two orders has been a nightmare. I still didn’t get any satisfaction bc I could find my order numbers. Everything is automated and is NOT user friendly. Never again. I have wasted money and a lot of time. Do not order from this company. Wish I had read reviews bf I ordered. Lesson learned but it really ticks me off!!!”

“The return process is not working. I am well within my 60 days and they will not let the return go through. They even say I have until Feb. 4. I am suppose to be getting a response from them and I have not. Very frustrating.”

“First they charged my account and then informed me over a week later that the items I had ordered were out of stock and tried to get me to get bras I did not want. After a month I finally got my order and was very disappointed. The bras were too small and all they did was flatten my chest and the bottom band rolled up when I moved. I have been trying to get a refund or exchange for over 2 weeks. All I get is a run around!!!!”

“These are the first bras I’ve owned that are absolutely comfortable!! The fit perfectly, no chafing anywhere, great support and the straps don’t slide off my shoulders. So glad I took a chance and tried Shapermint!! Also from ordering to receiving the order is incredibly fast. Thankyou.”

“I ordered the leggings and cami last year to try. I wear dresses every day and I wanted something that kept my leg from rubbing against each other, in the winter warm and made me feel put together. I expected the muffin top like other leggings and camis. Was I amazed at how put together without the muffin. Loved them. Then I fell while wearing them. My knee still shows the scars from the fall almost three months ago but what surprised 🙀 me was that there is No hole or even a little tear in the knee of my leggings. So I ordered more. Well was going to anyway but that sealed the deal”
