“I bought 2 items Cami & strapless bra they were to tight so they told me to keep the items & they would hive me a refund. They gave me a refund for the bra I have sent 4 emails about the refund but no response 😡 Want be purchasing anymore”

“Dont buy from Shapermint.com. I believe they are a scammy company. I ordered from them on 12/6/24 and they use a shipping company that doesn't even operate in my State, the order was "dead lettered" and returned to them. I have spent, literally hours and hours of my time tyring to connect with them. I have used their online chat only to be promised the order has been reprocessed and new order is on the way (after they asked if I had another address for it to be delivered to?), I can't track the new order, it never arrives, and I go back through the same spiral wiht them. I have called (I don't believe they have anyone who ever answers those calls after waiting 3 minutes you are told to go online, I've called, repeat, called repeat. Emails are met with a canned response that indicates they never read emails that are sent to them. I am now left with having to file a claim in small claims court, they have two addresses, one in PA and one in NV... I wonder if that process will be worth the costs involved. I am the sucker out of $90.36 for using this company. Oh, btw, I actually had buyers remorse after placing the order and contacted them the next day to cancel and was told "it's already been processed, can't cancel". SCAM!!”

“Don't do it! Bought one item and was unbeknownst to me signed up for their monthly membership at a $4.99 fee. Could not remember password used when ordering so did the whole "forgot password" request. Never received email to update and then if you try again you get a message to wait 10 minutes before another attempt. I waited 48 hours and nothing. Tried to call to cancel and all three customer service numbers I called put me in que and then disconnected. Finally did online chat and 3 times was asked up upgrade membership. Took about 20 minutes back and forth and finally I was advised membership was cancelled. I will have to wait 5 days to see if it actually happens. Don't do it!!”

“I wear my shapermint shapewear everyday. I recently purchased the bras and they are very comfortable as well. I did size up because the smaller sizes were too tight. I like the deals and coupons they have/offer. I would like to know how to keep the white ones white longer. I try wahing with bleach but they still lose their bright white coloring after a few washes regardless.”

“FRAUD - do not order. Prices were listed in Canadian $, email invoice listed in Canadian $, no where in the main shopping pages did it say the prices were "estimates only", and even though they list in foreign currency, and you can shop in foreign currency, they use out of date currency estimates, and they charge in US$. So the price you think you're paying and the price they quote you are not actually what you'll pay. I complained. No apology. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. There are tons of reviews from people outside the US saying the same thing. It's OK to charge in US$, but then they need to say they do that right up front, and not show prices, summaries, invoices etc in a currency they don't use. It's a scam and they have horrible customer service.”

“I love the form fitting camisole. I did size up however… I wanted form fitting not compression fitting 🥴. The 4 star rating is because I’m still looking for a true V-cut, not scoop neck.”

“The customer service at Shapermint is phenomenal. They do their best to help you find the right size and if for any reason you are dissatisfied, they try to make it right. I have had no issues with this company and have been ordering from them for about 5 years. I do find the Shapermint brand to be a bit nicer than Trukind for both the bras and leggings.”

“In the past 18 months I have lost 100 lbs. I needed help tightening everything up and along came Shapermint. I started with the shaping shorts, moved to the bandeau and a cami and I haven't look back. I have about 15 to 18 pieces now. I love them all.”

“I now have three bras a pair of shorts and a pair leggings. The bars are the most comfortable I have ever worn, the shorts hold everything totally in place and the leggings are super comfortable too. I will be ordering again in time.”
