“I had three bras that I really liked n decided to order 2 more. I got a bigger size but found out that the cups were too big. As I had already laundered n worn one that I'd just return the one unopened for a smaller one. The return Dept was great, even saying that the too big one I could give away and they'd replace it .. definitely a good company...”

“Let order go through paid. Then to be told no size or colour in stock. Then reorder sent wrong size.”

“First tried Shapermint during lockdown and was super happy with how comfortable and supportive the bras felt. Definately do not miss underwires. Now as I'm getting older and my body is changing the new products offer even more options and the back extension is such a bonus. Keep doing what you're doing I love your products”

“I was honestly so happy with my purchase. The bra was quite nice and I loved the full coverage. I didn't order the right size, and the return process was really easy. All I had to do was start the return process and take it to USPS to help send it back.”

“I am trying to return the items I purchased but the return form does not allow me to complete it and I have chatted on line, phoned, and sent an email but all I get are computer generated answers which do not help me. I have yet to hear from anyone with a real answer to my problem.”
