“Can’t speak to one single person. Customer service is absolutely awful! I have half of my order and the tracking said I received it on March 31. I can’t get anyone to text me back either - I will never buy from them again due to poor service”

“Very happy with my purchases. My favorite is the Truekind Supportive Bra. I wear shapermint everyday. It’s quality material and feels great. I recommend the cami’s and the shaping boy shorts. I have told my friends and family and I will order again.”

“The product itself is good but the customer service is none existent. The product arrived but some of them not in the size as ordered. They gave freebies but not the item they advertise. Tried reaching out to customer service via email, but your concern remains unnotice. I like the product but I am not going to.order again. Who knows what sizes and what item they going to give.”

“I love the product, and am a repeat customer because they are so good! But there was an issue with communication with the company, when there was a complete breach of security and all my personal identity information was left exposed on the website. It was very frustrating and is still not resolved.”
