“I ordered a bra based on your sizing chart. When I received an exchange the 3XL looked used and had no extenders on it. I returned my 2XL with the extenders. So I had to return the 3XL bra's. Your customer service really needs to be better. I tried to tell you and No one acknowledged the comment. So I had to return them. Try to fix your customer service and your receipts. A receipt should be sent with the purchase. Thank you.”

“Always seeing shapermint advertisement on my Facebook page I finally decided to give them a try. Got my package very quickly, but unfortunately the size i ordered which i was sure would fit me did not fit. I was going to give up but then decided to write them. The sizes were smaller than I would normally use, they said no problem we will replace them. Within a short time I had my new ones. Took a day to get use to them, but now I know i won't be able to live without them. So soft, they don't roll. Highly recommend them. I will definitely be ordering others. Just order up. I got a large, I'm about 146lbs, XL was perfect.”

“I’ve always worn underwire bras but was having a lot of pain from the on the sides of my breasts. I was afraid I wouldn’t have support without it but that’s not the case with Shapermint. I love the fit and feel of this bra. I am a 36 DD and feel and look supported. No sagging, back or underarm flab hang over bulging out. I will be buying more.”

“Very comfortable Bra just don’t like the extra monthly charges you sneek in to our bank account I have realised now and stopped it but you should not do this people buy the Bras not the monthly subscription and I know I am not only one as seen on Facebook page”

“The first bras i received were too big and the exchange was seamless. I received the bras that are my size, but there is no support. The bras are too stretchy in every direction and every part to support large busts... even though it's advertised for all sizes. We'll see what happens when I try to get different bras.”
