“You have sent me three orders after I cancelled membership twice. The sizes vary and are not my sizes. My husband is dying in the hospital. I don’t have resources to mail back each box.”

“The bras are very comfortable! I have large breast and I have never had a bra that fit so well! No wires make it wonderful. I was afraid it wouldn’t give me the lift and support that bras with wires did. It is the best bra I have ever worn!”

“Sorry but I hoped this was going to be a good bra. I ordered my top size, Large. It smashes my girls and the Satan like material in the cup area is gapping. I honestly don't believe i can go down a size. I will be returning the two I purchased”

“I just received mine. I bought the Truekind bra and the strapless bra. I really like the bra but the strapless one is too tight in the band ( right under my armpits) I had to take it off half way through the day as I was in pain. Was very disappointed in this asi was so excited to have a wireless strapless. Yes I ordered the right size, I ordered large in both as I am a 38B”

“I love the bra. It’s comfortable, supportive and looks great. I followed the size chart, but the size was still too small and they didn’t want me to return it so I gave it to my neighbor. It fit perfectly ironically and she’s going to order another one as am I because we both like it so much”

“Just can’t seem to get the sizing correct. The band is too big with cup size needed. I usually wear a 34 DDD. I tried a L, cup was perfect but band way too big. Fell out the bottom. 😬 Exchanged for an M band was better but cups too small. Seems like it would be so comfy if I could get it sized correctly.”

“I didn't get items I was promised. Contacted customer service and had to leave a message on Facebook. No one ever messaged me or emailed me about my missing items. The bras I purchased are already falling apart. I cancelled my subscription, but they sent me emails saying "my subscription was being processed and shipped" and I never got it either, although they said it was delivered. I contacted Shapermint again and asked for my subscription to be cancelled and again I was told it was. I'll wait and see, since I never received the last one.”

“I really liked the bra that I saw in the commercials so I placed an order but it didn't look like the bra in the commercial and the app wouldn't let me go to any other pages... I should have stopped right then and canceled the order... after the order was in process I somehow stumbled onto another site that let me look at the different styles... I tried to stop my order by chat but it was just a loop to waste my time... I haven't even tried the bra on... I'm not one to give negative feedback but this one really burns me...”
