“I really liked the bra that I saw in the commercials so I placed an order but it didn't look like the bra in the commercial and the app wouldn't let me go to any other pages... I should have stopped right then and canceled the order... after the order was in process I somehow stumbled onto another site that let me look at the different styles... I tried to stop my order by chat but it was just a loop to waste my time... I haven't even tried the bra on... I'm not one to give negative feedback but this one really burns me...”

“The bra was the right size a 2X but the bottom was a small….it will never fit me. I wanted a 2x bottom but received a small instead.”

“Very hard to get ahold of your customer service. They never texted me back and took forever to respond via email. The emails were confusing and didn’t answer my questions directly. I ordered a product and over a week later was told it was out of stock, so your processing times are very delayed. I was not offered a refund and did not like the options I was given. I ended up ordering a new product and was not given any updates that it would take 3 weeks to get to me”

“Fit is perfect! I’m a solid sz 18, and used the long sleeve bodysuit under a jersey playing ball and it was perfect for holding everything in with running and jumping constantly! The leggings I bought were a little too tight, but not bad!”

“"I was really impressed with the bra. As someone who does a lot of high-impact workouts, I need a bra that can handle jumping and running without feeling restrictive. This one did just that. The wide straps and full coverage kept everything secure, and I didn't experience any bouncing or discomfort even during burpees and box jumps. The material is also really breathable and wicks away moisture well, so I didn't feel sweaty or overheated. I also appreciate the adjustable straps and hook-and-eye closure, which made it easy to get on and off. Overall, it's a fantastic bra for high-impact activities and is now a staple in my workout wardrobe."”

“nott happy. when i realized I had added 4 instead of 2 I was unable to get on the chat fast enough to cancel. from start time to process was 8 minutes. So shipment was sent, im getting a refund for less than what I was charged. I was seeing cad dollars but being charged in US dollars. Will never again order. Off my list of companies to deal with”

“I love their bras, they fit my body perfectly. I really love the racerback sports bra and active leggings! My favorite!! I ordered the True Kind sweetheart bra but didn't like how it fit. I exchanged it for their brand and it fits perfect. They told me to donate the other, so I gave it to my sister...fits her perfectly. Nothing bad to say about this company. ❤️”

“The bras are very comfortable but the ones I received did not have the front that raises up as the FB video showed. Also I was to receive the bra saver but instead received some stick one nails. Disappointed that my order stated that I was to receive the bra saver.”

“I didn't order anything last week. I'm not enrolled in your automatic purchase plan. I even checked so I could un-enroll if I accidentally did so. Now I've been charged for products that I neither need nor want (just had a mastectomy!!!) I tried to cancel it based on your email but it had already shipped within four hours of receiving a confirmation email (again, for something that I never ordered!). I tried to contact someone but got a bot and no one replied to my email.”
