“customer service was not help to me. Right after I submitted an order I asked to cancel& neither gal could help me which is crazy as I contacted them right away. Now I will have to return the items when I receive them. So dumb & a waste on everyone's end”

“I was satisfied with my order. It came quickly and was as advertised. However, I did not appreciate the upselling after the purchase - offering things for a lower price than on their website simply to get you to buy now. I would have appreciated the deals in the first place.”

“Product quality good. Customer service okay, needed to exchange camis for size, direct online was only return, but did finally get the exchange sorted out via email. Poor stars are due to I cancelled my "subscription" (lost my job after these orders and was cutting back), they offered two months free, which I accepted as I fully intend to have a new job well before that, but then charged my card today anyhow. So now I will cancel and stay cancelled even if I order later.”

“My purchase was shipped out quickly and when I needed to exchange it for something else it was an easy process. Upon receiving the new item, I had to ask for a refund as that just didn't fit my body type. I spoke with them via email and the refund was set up with no issues. They stick by their products!”

“my order has not arrived yet. its 65 days and l can't get my money back as the only option is for a return. as I never received the items l will not get a refund .. No updates after 10 days . just keeps saying there is a delay and will update soon.”

“I ordered the Capri pant and it does not fit 5'1" like a Capri. In fact I need to hem it to make it be at my ankles. I tried to request a return, but Shapermint will not allow a return on this item?? I can only exchange it for the same item? I don't want "Capri" that comes below my ankles.”

“I did keep the one bra but I had ordered 5 items and I was very disappointed. And the when I processed my returns somehow some of my money went to a gift card. I DID NOT WANT! When I tried to contact you to clear up this situation I still haven’t received a response. I just wanted to get things cleared up and get my refund.”

“I’m not completely satisfied because the bra does not fit very well as my first purchase last year. I ordered size XL the cup was small, the band loose. I exchange for size XXL now the cup fits fine but the band is still loose. My first purchase from last year was XL which is the correct size. What happened with your manufacturer?”

“I was notified that my order was in my mailbox. IT was NOT there. I emailed the same day to ask for tracking of the package or a refund. I received the obligatory response and have heard nothing further. Please fix this problem.”
