I placed an order three weeks ago and till have not gotten a shipment notification. It must be a scam. luckily I used a credit card and will get my money back!

Floor unit goes out on the Shark.." Sorry that is not covered by warranty, but we can send you a new one for the cost of a new vacuum, 4 to 6 weeks, how would you like that billed", Sorry but NO, another brand is a much better option.

I am only leaving one star because it isn’t possible for me to leave negative stars. I ordered a vacuum and it was delivered in a completely different state. When I asked for a refund they kept telling me that I put the wrong address when I had entered the correct address and sent them proof. In fact, it was sent thousands of miles away in a different state. Do not order anything from this site. I’m not a karen, but this is the worst customer service I have ever received. Not only am I out of the money I spent, but I don’t have the product and they offer me nothing but the shift of blame to someone else.

Trying to use the 5 year warranty after just one year is proving very difficult. The first person on the phone took details and said that a new part is on the way and should arrive in 7 days. Then the emails started, asking the same questions that had already been dealt with. Trying to reply to the emails is hit and miss and usually come back undelivered so you have to phone up again. Surprisingly they then have no record of emails or phone calls and leave you having to start the process again. It's now become apparent that the 5 year warranty doesn't exist and they give you the runaround hoping you'll give up and buy a new Vac. This is a Chinese rip off company and to be honest they are just the same as every other Chinese manufacturer, shoddy scammers. Avoid at all costs, you will be let down.

Customer Beware. There is no return/refund policy or customer service phone number. I too had error messages when entering a credit card and then paid with PayPal. There was no email response to the customer service messages I sent and USPS has no record of the tracking number provided claimed to have shipped 4 days ago. The manufacturer's customer service (different from this website's customer service email) confirmed that this website is in no way connected to them and therefore has no authority. The manufacturer confirmed that the name described in the invoice does not work for the company. Since then PayPal has reported fraudulent activity and I've notified my card issuers. I have also gone back to purchasing a Dyson.

i got scammed by sharkcleanusa.com/ sharkclean.com for which i thought it was the official website or maybe a third company. scammed by a toh jean shows i paid on paypal

ordered a cordless for next day delivery. No next day delivery No delivery on day 2 either and product still not shipped No one to call and no reply to messages Its a Christmas present - so Christmas stuffed! Utterly useless and non-existent customer service Back to Dyson it seems.....

Its always giving error codes, im getting the second one shipped out already, if I could I would return it what do you expect from an import!!!!!

About 19 months after purchase our Shark ION robot is beyond repair (suction defect) - spoke with a representative who told me to buy a new model since mine is no longer usable.. (I used it about 1-2x /wk in a pet free small home) Please do not buy. Such a waste of 350+ dollars.

I have owned several shark vaccum the cordless vaccum, the sick handheld , and the shark pet perfect hand vaccum. As well as their mops. They claim to be the best and do their very convincing videos But I am here to tell you every single shark product I have owned a mom of 2 children has broke in less than a year!!!! Garbage made in China. The lastest rip off I ordered from their shark.com website that has been hacked by a jlheng. With PayPal using my credit card. Recvd a transaction nmbr snd merchant transaction nmbr as well . I call shark 14 days later. To ask where is my vaccum? They claim 25 days at first. When their website claims 1-3days. Then I proceeded to give details and I’m told by shark rep at customer service that is not their company. Yet they have my email on record? This was the first I hv ever purchased on line? So how is that? I told them I went to shark.com. They say sharkclean.com. Either way between the scam and 3years of broken different shark products, I am done!!!!! Buyer beware!!!!! Go back to Hoover , and dyson!!! The photo attached is the only product that has not gone to dumps yet. Hanging on by a tread. Never dropped just broke in my hand while using on wood floor. The other two products are in dumpster, hair mangled , always had to flip and cut hair out of brush till finally it just stopped sucking up anything. Some pet pro!!!!

Customer service is a joke. You call get disconnected then you have to call back and wait an hour to get bounced around. They delete notes.

Despite the fact their vacuums are great, their customer service is appalling. I placed an order for £1700 11 days ago and made 12 calls to this company. Each time I called i was given bogus information as to the whereabouts of my package. After 12 days of deceit, I was told today that my order will be cancelled as it is over the value of £500 and more than 2 items, and that a refund will take up to 10 days!! Absolutely disgusted with the way Sharkclean are playing monopoly with people's hard earned money. If that was the case, the website should not have let me order. Also If they processed the refund the first time I called i would not have been so furious right now! Personally, I would urge you to avoid this company at all cost unless you want to communicate with a bunch of illiterate, ill mannered college drop outs who do not have a gram of customer service in them. The management is careless and never gets back to you. Unbelievably frustrating experience for me, and I will NEVER order from such an unprofessional company again!

I was gifted a brand new $300+ vacuum for X-mas 2020. It worked wonderfully until late March 2021 - 3 months later. The red indicator light lite up. I followed the tutorials and videos about cleaning the filters and payed to replace the bigger roller as well as the smaller rollers. Nothing worked since it was the actual machine part of the roller that makes them spin that was broken. I vacuum two carpeted rooms in my house about twice a week. Now, the wand attachment was still working fine. This expensive vacuum only half-worked after three months. I called customer service as I had a five year warranty and did everything they asked to test the vacuum. Shark representatives tell me the five year warranty does not cover the actual vacuum part or the wand. They wanted me to pay $80 plus shipping for a new vacuum attachment. I asked if I could pay extra to get a warranty that covered all the vacuum and was told no. I am not impressed with this company or brand.

Want to scrap a €400 machine after 22 months? Buy shark In summary, our 22month old shark upright vacuum worked OK, nothing special compared to other brands in the price bracket. Maintained and used in clean filters washed etc condition.Its motor has now broken down. Sharkninja UK will not honour the 5yr warranty and state they cannot supply parts for it, even at my 100% expense, as it is a discontinued model. Clearly non sensical when you can walk into a distributor today ( April 21) and buy one with a 5 yr warranty, not to mention the inconvenient fact their site is clearly advertising the parts required for sale. So what’s upsetting them? Quite a lot it appears lol. We have emigrated and taken the cleaner with us which apparently voids the warranty. Fair enough I can see that. So I will purchase and pay for shipment of parts to me. No comes back the answer, we can’t, correct CANT!!! Ship outside of the UK. Try ebay or Amazon!! OK, details for your customer / warranty services manager please. No, we’re not prepared to escalate this. All I want to do is buy a new motor no ties no caveats !!!! This compares vividly to other items we have in the same scenario.The €100 Bosch vacuum that’s 2 months older and works brilliantly, Dyson who will “do anything they can to help" or Stihl, who operate a world wide warranty and service process. Henry hoovers who ship anything you want here. The list is potentially a long one but shows a customer focused ethos that ensures return business. Sharkninja UK seem to have fallen into the trap of a company who aren't able or can’t be bothered to handle things off the script, which, I feel the uncoordinated customer (non) service operators demonstrate well on their behalf. Avoid like the plague. They just don’t care and it would appear the cleaners are well marketed but in our case at least don’t live up to it in the real world I have all of the above exchanges saved on emails. Quick update: I requested a manager or directors contact details. I did not state why and they're now refusing, saying they're not willing to escalate any complaint. Helpful or not? Lots of pieces of the jigsaw giving a fuller picture. Amusing update : they've finally have sent details but, and this is farcical,customer services do not have contact details for their boss apparently. Instead I have been sent their Leeds business address. I guess the letter will go to, yes customer services general. Do you really want to have to deal with a company this opaque and unhelpful? Hopefully final update : theyve actually sent me an invitation to let them know how many customer service experience went 😂

Unbelievable!! Stupid set up. They deliberately locked me out during set up. Of course they’re closed so no setting up vacuum today. Also, they have blocked short cuts so I can’t use my apple shortcut to enter information!! iRobot customer service is superior.

my shark worked for about 2 weeks and l have been on the phone with tech support and it works a day or two and then stops working this is a 400 dollar piece of junk, one of the tech support people was going to send me a new one but never did i want my money back

I’ve had roombas since they came out over a decade ago. I have been wanting to upgrade to the newest Roomba that had the dust storage bin as well, the idea of only needing to empty my vacuum dust bin about once a month versus every other day was very appealing. I started researching and saw that shark also offered a monthly dust bin, and this dustbin did not use filters and bags, meaning that there would not be near as much waste involved. The one thing I hate is when a company sells you a product that makes you buy more products to continue using the original product. So I decided I would go with the shark so I wouldn’t have to buy dust bins for the Roomba. Boy, was that a mistake. First off in tests they say that the shark had a better suction than the Roomba, but they failed to mention that the shark only has the better suction when it’s in max mode, and you also cannot have the shark automatically go into max mode with cleanings, you have to go into your app after it started cleaning and manually change the suction mode from normal to max. In addition it cannot clean carpet or rugs worth it’s life (even in max mode)- I still have to pull out my vacuum to vacuum my main rug in my living room weekly or every few days, or what I’ll do now is pull out my old roomba which I have stored in my office and I’ll bring it to vacuum my main rug since the shark does such a p*ss poor job. I also have to now keep bedroom doors closed when I leave the home because the shark will always lock itself in the bedrooms, I’ve never had this issue with a Roomba in my life, and it kind of defeats the whole purpose of leaving the home and having a vacuum clean for you, if you have to leave several doors closed so it can’t go in the other rooms to clean while you’re away because it will lock itself in the room and then die. Speaking of dying, this shark regularly dies before it gets back to its charging base, when it doesn’t lock itself in rooms. Of all the times it leaves the base to clean, which I have it set on the schedule to clean every day, it probably returns to the charging base about 5-10% of the time. I normally find it dead somewhere in the hallway or under one of the beds that I have a paint can holding the door open to so that the shark won’t close the bedroom door and lock itself in there. Honestly I would pay double the price of a Roomba at this point knowing that it would be a better vacuum than the shark. I recommend staying away from this cheap imitation! Even worse, even though I’ve only had it four months shark is refusing to do a return for me. The customer service has been extremely unhelpful and told me verbatim that they don’t stand behind their products and won’t offer a return. I mean that’s more than enough proof, and I wish I had recorded the phone conversation so I could let others know just how bad this company is to work with. They clearly don’t stand behind their products, and don’t care of you know it or not. Buyer beware!!!

The worst experience ever with this brand! I bought a shark hoover thinking it would last and be worth the money, how wrong was i! Within months of my first hoover the suction went, i went through troubleshooting given a new filter, then called again and given motor base then a replacement hoover. Months down the line i have the SAME issues suction has gone again. Ive had to wait to get through to the customer service couldn't do troubleshooting online as they asked as model number not recognised, the main line wouldn't connect unless i had a code! A week later i could actually call and speak to someone and have done each week going through the same old process, sent out a new filter still not working, sent out new motor base still not working! To now be told they wont give a replacement as it could happen again- so clearly theres problems with the hoover yet still trying to sell faulty products and rob customers money! I now have to wait up to a WEEK for a manager to call me to decide next steps. I have gone without a hoover for 6 weeks. Its disgusting service and disgusting product and i cant even get a refund. Disgraceful. DO NOT BUY SHARK PRODUCTS!!

I purchased the Shark Rocket Stick vac becasue my other vacuum lived out it's life. I don't love it...it's rather clunky and it didn't come with a dusting brush. I ordered the brush from their website and when I received my package...it wasn't a dusting brush but 3 kitchen utensils. When I called their inept customer service person, they wanted me to send them photos of the incorrect items, said it would be up to 2 business days for them to review my inquiry before they would consider sending me my correct item which they have already charged me for. Asked them to escalte their process and they declined. I hope this vacumm breaks soon - I won't be doing business with them ever again.
