“Wasn't sure if this was legit at first because you never know with recovery services. Riley reached out over email to work with me on a time to do the Trials run. I had a raid scheduled at the time Riley wanted to do my recovery. Riley was nice and communicated clearly that another sherpa would take care of my order. Shad emailed an hour or so later and completed my order. They were easy to work with and did a great job on my order! Will definitely be using this next season!”
