Also, I already appreciated their great Sherpas -- but a couple weeks ago, I had a communication problem on a "Play With" run, so I didn't get the full benefit of learning from the "Play With" experience. Even though it was my fault, the Sherpas of Destiny management reached out to apologize and offer me a free run. Since it was my fault, I told them I'd happily pay for another run, but they threw in a catalyst anyway. Great sherpas, great service.”
