“Service was both accurate and quick. The company has been a real pleasure to work with. Only way to get end game content if you don't have a clan or six buddies to play with.”

“Faze nailed some Prophecy runs lightning-fast, with perfect communication.
Also, I already appreciated their great Sherpas -- but a couple weeks ago, I had a communication problem on a "Play With" run, so I didn't get the full benefit of learning from the "Play With" experience. Even though it was my fault, the Sherpas of Destiny management reached out to apologize and offer me a free run. Since it was my fault, I told them I'd happily pay for another run, but they threw in a catalyst anyway. Great sherpas, great service.”
Hi there,
I'm so glad we have gotten things fixed for you. Our Sherpas should be making sure they can communicate while doing a Play With order through any means possible. Charles and I (Mike) were very upset when we heard about this and made it clear to everyone to do anything possible to have active communication. Customer service is one of our highest priorities here and glad we were able to make things right!

“I work crazy hours that I don’t always have time to dedicate to longer game play, like trials flawless runs or grinding for Elite drops that rely on RNG. My last order with Karolis was seamless and efficient. Thank you!”
