“Faze nailed some Prophecy runs lightning-fast, with perfect communication. Also, I already appreciated their great Sherpas -- but a couple weeks ago, I had a communication problem on a "Play With" run, so I didn't get the full benefit of learning from the "Play With" experience. Even though it was my fault, the Sherpas of Destiny management reached out to apologize and offer me a free run. Since it was my fault, I told them I'd happily pay for another run, but they threw in a catalyst anyway. Great sherpas, great service.”

Hi there, I'm so glad we have gotten things fixed for you. Our Sherpas should be making sure they can communicate while doing a Play With order through any means possible. Charles and I (Mike) were very upset when we heard about this and made it clear to everyone to do anything possible to have active communication. “This was my first time using any kind of Sherpa system and i was extremely hesitant about letting someone onto my account, but after going through all of it, i was very happy with the outcome, my Sherpa was 100% professional the entire time and kept me updated of everything he did the entire way, will definitely be using the Sherpas again in the future.”

“5 out of 5 Fast, Clean, and most of all Fun! It's nice to know you're playing with people and not machines. They laugh, Joke, and even speak about their day to day as though we are all friends. Call outs are simple and easy and if you make a mistake, no worries, they are better than you even think and can make up for it while you keep learning and still get whats done, done.”

“Ghost is the only Sherpa I’ve had the pleasure to order through. “If it’s not broken, don’t fix it”. I’ll request Ghost time and time again. My order was a GM dungeon. no easy task, yet Ghost smashed it out in just over an hour. Not once, but many, many times farming for what I SPECIFICALLY requested. Ghost is professional, Comunication is top notch and completions are done in a timely manner.”

“This was my first purchase with Sherpa Gaming. Ghost was the Sherpa who filled my order. Communication is spot on. Although pricey, my purchase (was no small feat, to me at least) was smashed out in a little over an hour. All items collected throughout the attainment of my purchase was left either on the guardian or in the postmaster. Using PayPal, the funds did not go though directly which was the ONLY negative in this transaction. Sherpa’s of Destiny will definitely see me again.”
