“I had contracted over a week ago for the 3X Flawless Trials of Osiris package, however; the Sherpa I had chosen recommended that I wait one week to see if the glitch/abnormality with level 3, 5 and 7 win rewards would actually be fixed the following Friday (April 10th) which it in fact was. The Sherpa then executed the order in a very timely fashion and also did the extra three games on a single character as requested. The Sherpa's performance was outstanding.”
