“Easy to use website- love that photos of the shoes are included and modelled. Easy and secure purchase process. If you are lucky enough to be able to pick-up in person, Carol is lovely and very attentive.”

“Carol was friendly, personable and very helpful regarding a few questions I had about my shoes. The parcel arrived promptly and it was such a lovely surprise when opening it to have the box wrapped as if it was my birthday. Can't recommend The Shoe Garden highly enough!”

“as usual delivery was fast and very efficient, the little sweet treat and handwritten notes are a lovely addition. I have bought a lot of shoes from Carole over the years and the service is also top-notch and so friendly”

“I visited the shoe garden for the first time even though I have bought shoes from carol before. it was lovely to meet carol and princess and omg the range of shoes was just gorgeous. as I was with my husband and dad i just picked out one pair of boots. however, i was back the next day without my hubby and dad and bought a second pair of boots. i absolutely love both pairs of boots and they are so vibrant and comfortable to wear. thanks carol for providing stunning, fashionable shoes for women with big feet....lol”

“I ordered a new pair of Archies online to replace the ones that my stumpy tailed cattle dog puppy destroyed. The order was filled and ready for me to collect in a surprisingly short time. When I went to collect my order, I was greeted like an old friend and my package brought to me promptly, although I did spend a short time trying on shoes before I left. Thank you for the little bonus lolly bag. My new Archies are now hidden from the puppy when not being worn!”

“My mum loves Frankie4 shoes and I saw these beautiful preloved Sophie III shoes. I picked the posting option and got the shoes the next day. Mum is very happy with the shoes and they were as described on the website. Wonderful service thank you”
