“Ordered 40 year service award x 2. Initial response was that it was on its way but nothing received. Some 2 weeks later received an email to confirm my details and when the award was presented. Not a problem. I believe that Compass is the main issue. I chased, through Gilwell, this award and I understand this type of award the record take a while to catch up. Eventually dated 1 January 2019. Good that due caution is taken to gains extra badges.”

“As a new leader and a veteran, this was a perfect choice. Only issue was cost to the Scout Store of a DHL delivery for a lightweight, small (and low cost) purchase. I'd have been happy with Royal Mail delivery.”

“I accidentally put the wrong size for uniform and when I realized a hour later I tried to change the order and wasn't able to. I payed for next day delivery and that did come but then I have had to return items and think I should have them returned next day as well as I payed for the service.”
