Hi Thomas, Thanks for the review we are making some changes (which are live right now!), so that all badge orders will now be £1.50 for shipping and we always keep reviewing the prices. At the same time shipping companies increase the cost on average 8% a year and we haven't increased our shipping prices for the last 3 years. Thanks Scout Store

“I was searching for an item that was out of stock but instead of being told it was out of stock it was removed from the website. That meant I thought I had not searched correctly and had to phone up. Both your time and my time would have been saved if I had found the item and seen that it was out of stock or under review (or even might not be re-published.”

“Website is good for in stock items. Removing regularly stocked items that are not in stock is not helpful ie Module Matrix. If its not in stock say so with anticipated stock availability date.”
