“Shpock restrict your account if you post designer items even if they are genuine. I have nearly £300 in my shpock wallet from items i sold weeks ago with no problems the customer even gave me 5star reviews and they wont let me transfer to my bank. I have sent over 15 messages but customer services dont reply. Terrible service. Would never use again be careful people.”

“First time selling on shpock but I didn't no that after nearly a week of posting and receiving the boots I've still not got paid 🙃 I don't think this is fair. Why don't shpock release funds as soon as you provide all details for postage. Loosing more customers than gaining I reckon. Big up to ebay and vinted...”

“Shpock is good at advertising your goods but please be aware that SCAMMERS are using this site to prey on genuine sellers! I nearly got scammed by a buyer called James Robert from Quality Logistical Services (UK) Ltd 68 Tanners Drive Suite D# 348423 Blakelands Milton Keynes MK14 5BP giving a fake address to send my laptop too! Sellers be aware SCAMMERS are after your valuable goods for FREE!!”

“It's a real pity that I cant give zero stars. I sold an item whilst in COVID isolation and there was a delay in sending the item. I finally sent the item with tracking by Hermes. Shpock cancelled the deal the next day. They refunded the seller, blocked my ability to contact them and the seller received the item. So I've lost a brand new hoodie, the £30 I'd sold it for and they have basically said there nothing I can do. Absolute shambles of a market place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

“I tried to buy a Nintendo Switch on 3 occasions and they all get cancelled with the same message "I don't want to be paid into my Shpock Wallet" Very dodgy!! AVOID”

“Rip off site !!!! 😡 after several years of using this site I have been scammed for Hundreds of pounds from sellers ether not sending my goods or sending me fake designer goods . Obviously when iv complained to them they don’t get back to me !! Then they have the audacity to ban me 😳 after accusing me of selling fake designer goods!!! Obviously they got sick of my complaints and warning other buyers from buying fake goods from professional designer dealers they knowingly allow on there site !!! As for there pending money 💰 they make there money from holding hundreds of thousands of pounds in there accounts in interest!!!! This site should be banned !!! 😡😡😡😡”

“Shpock is holding my money even after an item was not delivered. I cannot get a response from them now and they have kept my money. Is there anyway to get my money from Shpock. I have tried contacting them many times but nothing. It seems many people have the same problem. They are crooks keep away .”

“Make any offer or buy now on shpock they always ask you pay via PayPal so so many scammers and when and if you find a genuine seller you pay your money they cancel deal then you have wait week for shpock return you money”

“I’ve got almost defrauded by a fake 8 month pregnant woman who wanted me to pay for her the courier...and she told me she paid my via PayPal 425 pound when the pram I was selling was only 100pound. These people and websites that allows fraud must be shut down with no mercy...so annoyed!!!”

“Unprofessional customer support .it’s 4 weeks now after opened a case and still waiting for reply. I sent few more emails to shpock team regarding updates but they didn’t response. I lost £60 and I thing I will not get them back. I will not recommended Shpock as a place for buying”

“1) I'm fed up with people buying then not turning up! 2) its taking increasingly longer for shpock to notify me when I've had an offer. Now I've had a new phone it won't let me access my photos and just freezes it was good, its not now I've uninstall it. More trouble than its worth”

“Twice sellers have accepted my offer including delivery then when I have paid they say that they cannot send item and can I collect, the last one was 165 miles away, and then I have to wait over a week to get my money Refunded.”

“Used to be a good app but does not matter what you search for you just get acrandom list. What's worse is how long it takes to get your money from the shpock wallet (Shpocks wallet) have to wait around 5 days from transferring it to your bank to shpock actually transferring it!!!! Disgraceful!!!”
