“Rip off site !!!! 😡 after several years of using this site I have been scammed for Hundreds of pounds from sellers ether not sending my goods or sending me fake designer goods . Obviously when iv complained to them they don’t get back to me !! Then they have the audacity to ban me 😳 after accusing me of selling fake designer goods!!! Obviously they got sick of my complaints and warning other buyers from buying fake goods from professional designer dealers they knowingly allow on there site !!! As for there pending money 💰 they make there money from holding hundreds of thousands of pounds in there accounts in interest!!!! This site should be banned !!! 😡😡😡😡”

“Used to be a good app but does not matter what you search for you just get acrandom list. What's worse is how long it takes to get your money from the shpock wallet (Shpocks wallet) have to wait around 5 days from transferring it to your bank to shpock actually transferring it!!!! Disgraceful!!!”

“Just lost yet another sale because of Shpocks recent change of rules. Now if anyone wants to buy an item I simply copy and paste my item onto gumtree and tell Shpock That item has been sold. I WILL NOT BE BULLIED INTO BEING FORCED TO POST MY ITEMS. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT BEFORE, BUYERS CAME, COLLECTED ITEM, THEN PAID ME..PERFECT. NOW EVERY SELLER HAS THE HASSLE OF WRAPPING, BOXING, ACQUIRING PACKAGING AT THEIR COST. THEN ITS A WAITING GAME TO SEE IF YOU GET PAID FOR YOUR EFFORTS. If Shpock are reading this, my advice is REVERSE YOUR RECENT CHANGES BEFORE YOUR BUSINESS GOES DOWN THE TOILET AND IS FLUSHED AWAY PERMANENTLY.”

“Absolute cunts...shpock is a gimmick! Money grabbing sons of biatches that do not have a customer service department. Scary just how useless they are! Avoid this horror show like the plague. I cannot for the life of me understand how they get any airtime whatsoever. Their reviews on all platforms is no more than 2/10 which I think is high given their inability to perform their "duties" as a business. I an astonished how they get away with this incompetence! They need to be shut down.”

“Really bad company useless and don't care about its customers..its all about making money and not supporting people when needed when scams are detected.. Customers services are pretty non active because shpock don't want the hassle anymore.. Stay away from shpock aload of scammer on here and no protection at all if something goes wrong you are on you're own simple Shpock will eventually closed down soon until then all the bosses will milk it as much as they can”

“I tried to buy a Nintendo Switch on 3 occasions and they all get cancelled with the same message "I don't want to be paid into my Shpock Wallet" Very dodgy!! AVOID”

“Shpock is holding my money even after an item was not delivered. I cannot get a response from them now and they have kept my money. Is there anyway to get my money from Shpock. I have tried contacting them many times but nothing. It seems many people have the same problem. They are crooks keep away .”

“Shpock make this app harder and harder for the sellers who keep the app alive. The process to get your money in your bank account is way too long. From the date of sale to actually receiving funds, it could take up to two weeks. Shpock say the bank transfer should take up to 5 days, why? So they can accumulate interest of your money. I used to love this app for the quick sales you could make but they just constantly make it harder for the seller and easier for the buyer. I will never use this rubbish app again and advise anyone else not to. Especially as a seller. Shame on you Shpock & Adyen.”

“SCAM AVOID Half the items listed on there are already sold however you can still buy and pay for these items, Shpock will then keep your money for as long as possible so they can profit off the interest I waited 9 days for a refund. Customer service are a waste of time and just send you copy and paste responses.”

“Had to give it 1 as 0 was not an option! Schpok wallet is a disgrace. You have to pay postage up front! You then have to wait for the buyer to "agree" the transaction, even if you have tracking info, then Schpok "HOLDS" YOUR money for 6 to 7 days! If the buyer doesn't like ANYTHING ie Schpok will not pay out, even for postage. Appalling. You CANNOT remove schpok wallet from your profile! If the Seller offers delivery, it is NOT an option to remove it - ie couldn't collect it is just NOT user friendly”

“Never using this site again. I sold a Gucci handbag to put towards a deposit for a house, which I desperately need. I was sad to let it go but needs must. I sold it over a week ago and I’ve still not received any money. Absolutely fuming!!! I’ve also put a matching purse on to sell, which matches the handbag, only to find the deactivated my account saying it was counterfeit. Which is total s***!! If they’d asked for proof, I could have proven it wasn't fake, with a serial number! Not to fussed that they’ve deactivated the account because I definately won’t be using this Mickey Mouse company again. It’s just the cheek of it, scum bags!! And where the f*** is my money???”

“Worst app ever. Today I deleted my account because they do not have any policies to protect sellers. I sold an item and ship it to somebody and they open a dispute so that I couldn’t get my money. The buyer did not ship the item back and they got a full refund. Absolutely ridiculous I cancel this app and will no longer needed. I had five stars and 41 people bought for me giving good reviews so I was extremely disappointed to see that they didn’t protect me when I needed them.”

“This site / app is a nice place to buy on and I been a member since 2017 but if you are a seller on this site / app STAY AWAY as it will be a very long time before you see your money even after you spend extra send it tracked and do everything you still don't get your money. I sell on ebay steady and guess what shpock I get paid as soon as package is delivered in fact ebay don't even hold the money anymore as I have gained a reputation but all I wanted was the package was delivered and signed for by the buyer you should release the money. I did myself a favour and removed all my products from this site / app and once I get my payment I will delete my account too. Look at the reply from shpock saying asking the same question multiple times! Will slow things down! Well shpock guess what I will messaging daily until its done.”

“Sellers are scammers and Shpock does not protect you as they say they will. Scammed into buying badly damaged goods from someone using a pic of perfect goods, and won the case against the seller. But all return costs have to be covered by me. So the seller gets to repeat the process but I am out of pocket. Appalling customer service.”

“WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. 0 stars if I could as it is so unfair on sellers as I have wasted my p&p money and time. Not to mention the buyer returned my product broken but shpock has refunded him his full amount and i am stuck with a damaged item and wasted my money and time on this rubbish scamming site. Disgusting.”

“Can not ask seller questions or see answers to questions as ads are covering this part, emailed Shpock but as yet no answer Does anyone else have this problem with ads. I’m not going to pay 9.99 each months to remove ads”
