Abysmal! Shpock restrict or block accounts for no good reason. They allow scammers and awful abusive people to run riot on the site. They never respond to emails, yet they remove items and tell you that you have broken the rules. But they are wrong in my case, as the item was reported unfairly!!! So they took the word of a time wasting troll and just blocked me from selling. 100% positive feedback, I respond to every buyer, am always polite and respectful, even when others are not. But Shpock prefers riff raff on their site than good honest people. It is like they are desperate to gain the worst rating a website has ever had. Vile site, will never use again...off to Gumtree.

This selling site is a disgrace. Customer service is appalling & they think more of the time wasters than the decent sellers/buyers. Pathetic!

Absolutely awful customer services. Continue to allow a SCAMMER to advertise items even though he does not post them after receiving payment. Lots of complaints about this seller but still remains on their website and Shpock do NOT reply to customers when complaints are made. Stick to EBAY

Terrible Shpock Team Complaint response. I reported to the Shpock team about a seller making threat to my life when a feedback was left for a seller not wanting to follow the sale through after deal was aggreed. To my shock to receive a respond minutes layer from the Spock team stating ""Hello ........, please bear in mind that you entered a legally binding agreement. Therefore, please get in touch with Joao P. quickly and finish the deal properly. If you do not respond soon we will be forced to restrict your account. Kind regards, your Shpock-Team. This is very disturbing that the team don't thoroughly investigate complaints before making decisions that can be lead to fatality.

Recently had a terrible experience with one of the sellers on the app. The seller was horrible on the phone to which I proceeded to write true comment on the sellers page. Surprisingly a few seconds later the comment was removed by the seller. Quite shocked that dishonest sellers and allowed to use such a platform to the disadvantage of consumers.

I came back from holiday to find that shpock had restricted my account because of a lady who didn’t collect her items st the post office two months later I have provided proof I posted with tracking number and have given a refund but still my account is restricted I have over 800 rating all positive. So makes me angry how this can happen without looking at the bigger picture

Had my account restricted for advertising something I didn't no I couldn't.. They removed it wich is fair enough but then they restricted my account without a reply to several emails I've sent shocking service

They Deactived my account with no notification and no one responce to my emails. I already Paid for a year subscription and promote my bussiness but they dont response to my email at all.

Avoid this site, Shpock are prejudiced! Shpock take ages to reply to messages. Shpock doesn't protect sellers from scamming buyers. A person called Veronika S sends incorrect fake money to attempt to buy something which is against Shpocks (legally binding commitment) and Shpock defends her, and allow her to post not one but three negative nasty reviews against when your only allowed one. Avoid this site, Shpock are prejudiced!

I have sent three emails to shpock one… I have sent three emails to shpock one of which was on 04 March and the other one was a few days later but ive had no reply to any of them which is concerning. I have over 100 items for sale and none of my items seem to appear when searched for in shpock what has happened to my account? i have not been getting any questions or offers recently so i told my friend to search for my items and none of my items come up in the search. Also if i ask a question or make a offer to anyone its like it’s invisible as they will not receive my offers or questions, all my reviews are mostly 5 starts so what has happened to my account has it been restricted? I expect a reply or I will have to change the pleasant shpock review I had wrote on trust pilot in 23 Jul 2018, see below the review.... Updated 23 Jul 2018 Overall an excellent Overall an excellent app I mainly sell and by very little, I stopped using eBay and now use this as i prefer cash on collection and don't get charged silly eBay fees. You do get many time wasters on here, to cut this down you can simply not accept offers from people with a history of poor reviews or with zero feedback. Then you also get many honest people such as myself with over 100 sales and over 100 excellent reviews. I find this much better then GUMTREE as its easier to use, your ad stays posted for upto a year unlike gumtree where it only stays for 30 days. Communication on here is made easy. The only one thing I would say is the description cannot be made very long as there is a limit on words and to add more pictures then 5 you get charged so this is 1 area where gumtree wins as alot more words can be written on descriptions and more pictures. Rife with scammers, time wasters and idiots using text speak. Also ignorant lazy people who expect free delivery, coupled with a huge discount into the bargain. An absolute nightmare.

Not worth the grief, Ads left up after being sold for over a year, they care more about perception than the users Dare to give a bad review for a user who fails to honour a sale gets YOU suspended, they get extra stars As I said its all about perception not genuine users From reading the comments on mse and my own history with them, seems they regularly remove bad reviews to hide peoples bad experience
