“Product fine, just not wide enough. Return not so. Return due to be collected Wednesday. 25/8, but no one tuned up. Very disappointing.”

“Very easy to order and the sandals were delivered on time , only took a couple of days so I was very impressed. Unfortunately the sandals weren't suitable so I had to return them which was a shame as they were lovely . Returns are also very easy . I ordered a different style which I received very quickly and am pleased to say they are perfect . Wouldn't hesitate to order from Shuperb again .”

“Received these lovely sandals very quickly. Speedy delivery and beautifully made, a very soft leather of great quality. However, only worn for first time today to have a irritation to under my big toe. On examination it appears to be a manufacture fault a hard plastic lump on the leather vase of the sandal. When I picked it of it has left a small default to the sandal. I was so pleased with them and have to admit now I’m disappointed. Although I bought them reduced these were not cheap and certainly more than I would pay for sandals.”

“Great value for Skechers, tidy website for ordering. There was a 6 day delay between getting an email from Shuperb saying the shoes were on their way to Royal Mail and the tracking info updating to say Royal Mail had the item. Not sure why there was such a delay, but they were delivered the day after that.”

“Website easy to use, delivery time very quick, shoes are a great fit for my son. We ordered 2 sizes to ensure they were correct for him and now have to return the smaller size. Hopefully the return and refund process is as professional and quick as the ordering process.”

“Ordered a pair of shoes that turned out to be the correct size but way too narrow for my feet. Obviously not the fault of Shuperb. Returned them using the return instructions, label and original materials from Shuperb and recieved my refund within days. Good marks for customer service.”
