“Shoes arrived on time but size is incorrect all my shoes are size 11 these are far bigger than an 11 sent back and requested an exchange for a ten not heard any thing from Shuperb yet will comment again whenI receive replacement shoes which by the way are Shuperb”

“tHE iTEM i REQUESTED ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY. hOWEVER THEY ARE TOO SMALL AND NEED TO BE RETURNED. tHERE IS NO INVOICE IN THE BOX SO i AM HAVING MAJOR PROBLEMS TRYING TO RETURN IT. tHERE IS NO RETURN ADDRESS.”

“I bought some Fitflop wellies as they were so much cheaper than on FitFlop website. Parcel arrived in good time but the box was a little damaged on the corners, suggesting they had been sent back prior. However the wellies were perfect.”
